@Bismarck It is not so much he hates the song, he gets sick of just about every song, from writing it, to studio, to live, he sings them all so many times he gets sick of the popular ones such as this.
Funfact: on World Wide Wacken Joakim and Tommy made an agreement that whoever empties a glass of beer (they called it "noch ein Bier") faster can decide what song they play next. Tommy won and they played this, obviously.

it usally is on the set list. They just pretend to be forced to play it. There are a few songs, and that is for nearly every band, that they can not play a show without because the fans love these songs and can sing along quiet easily, so if they don't play Swedish Pagans or Gott mit uns People will likely get a bit upset about that since they do like the songs
