Where did you get the "bait ranged/away WA"? Can't find it in the Liquid package.
It's part of a liquid Weakaura where you can setup assignments at specific times

Is it ever worth it to go down for your 45 seconds or 1:30 cool downs to get the buff or only for 3min?

hey i have the hc cloak from endboss, is it better to have higher mastery than haste for getting mastery buffed or haste > mastery for haste buffed from the cloak ?

@@Bicepspump theres a few fights like zskarn and echo where i feel like i would do more damage if i were frost but i only know how to play frost in dungeons, i know you said something about holding off cooldowns for the 2nd empower rune weapon in single target so i know its not just the same as the aoe rotation.
What stat better in raid ?
