Tried the recipe today. You definitely need some time but it was worth trying! The sauce is amazing, I made the filling with Shi take mushroom instead of chicken (vegetarian). The most difficult was folding the momo’s but I managed to get a real nice badge. Taste was great! Steamed them in my Thermomix. Wonderful tip was oiling the plate before steaming.
