    Tried the recipe today. You definitely need some time but it was worth trying! The sauce is amazing, I made the filling with Shi take mushroom instead of chicken (vegetarian). The most difficult was folding the momo’s but I managed to get a real nice badge. Taste was great! Steamed them in my Thermomix. Wonderful tip was oiling the plate before steaming. Thank you Chef Ram and Shetna for sharing😊🙏❤

    Yeah these are the kind of dishes that I plan to complete by roughly and hour and end up spending 3 or more in the kitchen with unwashed byproducts.

      It all looks wonderful! What is the side dish it is beautiful? Does Momo mean dumpling? I got your Feast book and it is so pretty so now I have them all so you better start writing another! 😂
