    I made these last night and they tasted great. I had one left over so put it in the fridge and had it cold for my lunch. Still tasted great, cold.

    Made your potato and fenugreek paratha last week. Fantastic! Never used chapati flour before and it was so easy to use. Thanks! ❤

    Winter is synonymous with all sorts of paratha for me so I'm loving this paratha series 😍 Made your aloo methi paratha 2 days ago, an old Gobi paratha video of yours today and guess I'm making this aloo matar paratha tomorrow 😀 Keep them coming! Loving the casual setup as well. I also love your fashion sense btw hehe

    Many Thanks for this very well explained tutorial. Will make them tomorrow . Please can you tell me what is the weight of each dough ball ? It will help me to make all the parathas the same size.

      Hope you enjoy, I dont have the measurements for each dough ball. Have actually never weighed out paratha dough balls. Just go by eye, its not baking so you will be fine. Enjoy

    Could you use chickpea flour? I’m trying to ‘up’ my protein intake 😂. These just look amazing!

    • @FoodwithChetna
      @FoodwithChetna  День тому +1

      Chickpea does not work well in the dough as it is not good for rolling out. You can add paneer to the filling for some protein

    These look so good and fun to make too. Hubby hates coriander though - can anyone suggest a substitute - just leave it out or would mint work? Thanks!!

      @@joantrotter3005 Ooh and I happen to have some growing in the garden so thanks for that suggestion. I was thinking fried onions too so I might divide the filling up and try several variations . It's food, not a tattoo, so if it's not perfect, at least it's not forever LOL! Cheers from Oz!

      You can use parsley or just dill

  • @rinkupeterson8689
