Sa puhunan po na sinabi niya hindi po 490 pesos kundi 490K pesos po including the things the rent etc. and sabi niya target nila na mababawi after 1 year so kung 490 pesos eh isang araw lang yan but luckily nabawi na nila yung puhunan 3-6months palang maganda talaga ang business nila! :D

Nakakalungkot lang dahil kapag farmer mahirap sa bansa natin. To think na mayaman tago sa agrikultura. Sana naman maging katulad din tayo sa ibang bansa na mga farmers ay asensado

Don't forget merong Living room #1 na salas, para sa visitors and Family room #2 na salas for the family...Dinning room and Breakfast nook din.
Ang talo mo sa resto biz ay renta sa pwesto. Maganda pwesto, mahal ang upa. Wala ka nang tubo or profit. Kung mahal naman ang paninda mo, wala naman can afford. The lesson to start resto biz, you should own your store place. Franchise? Heh! No way!

Oo na hindi authentic ang sushi nila pero grabe naman na irereport mo sila. Sushi is indeed cultural and this recipe may be a form of disrespect to the culture of Japanese because of cultural appropriation, but in this economic climate I'd rather let them be than mind them. Kayo naman na nagcomment dahan dahan lang po tayo may point naman siya. I work a part-time job in a sushi restaurant in Japan and I've seen how dedicated chefs are at making sushi because they consider it as an art. Japanese people are happy when people from different countries are fond of their culture, that is if the person asked a certain Japanese person for approval or has done research. I hope the owner did indeed do her research or consulted a Japanese national.
