I didn’t know she dealt with depression. Feeling lonely is so soul-crushing, I’m so happy she continues to thrive nonetheless. What a great role model for us young adults trying to find our way in the world. I have so much respect for her. And of course, she’s super friggen gorgeous too.

It only figures that a woman that seems so perfect would have a major fault. My first wife was Bi-polar and had difficulties because of it. She was a wonderful woman and I never felt that her issues were her fault,it’s just life. Gillian seems to have dealt with her emotional issues pretty well.

I really enjoy her acting. But seriously? You're talking in this thing like she had this deprived childhood. Like she overcame some severe childhood trauma. Oh my God she was named Class Clown. How will she ever go on? Some other kids didn't like her accent. Some high school kids get their head shoved in toilets and things stolen from them. They get beaten up and real bad things happen to them. Some actors and actresses have overcome parents death or divorce child abuse family addiction. If you read her early interviews she mentions a lot more traumatic stuff, for example she was physically and mentally abused be an 24 year old boyfriend she "dated" when she was 13. She was an alcoholic and took drugs, She even alluded to sexual abuse at a young age. Her younger brother was born with NF1, are genetic disease that can be more a less a death sentence and he died a few years back in his early thirties when he was pursuing his PhD. She wasn't straight and had a relationship with a woman that gossip press held over her head, threaten to ruin her career...
