This Christian Whitehead remaster of Sonic CD is turning 12 years old this year and it's getting a new lease of life thanks to both Amy and Knuckles being added in Sonic Origins Plus (which releases on 23rd June 2023). CD is also getting some extra routes which Knuckles & Tails can access.

In this game you won't hear the music when you drown in this game there is no scary music when you drown it's just normal and GOD DAMN IT I am sorry to say this but I like cd more than sonic 3 yeah I know in cd the last boss is pretty bad like sonic 2 but in this game you can get many lives and for the first ever time you can hear Sonic's voice and at the start there's a animation and at the end too

That's confusing. I was trying to get a good ending destroying those machines in the past and at the same time getting the Time Stones. When I got all the Stones (I'm almost sure it was in Quarts Quadrant Zone 1), I still went to the past in every zone to check out the machines, and they were already destroyed without me doing nothing. I did the same in Wacky Workbench, but for some reason Zone 3 was in a bad future. Can someone explain?
You have to make a Good Future in every single Zone, this can be done by either having all Time Stones, or going to the past of every single Act, and destroying the RobotTeleporters. However, if you don't get all Time Stones and instead destroy all the Teleporters, you also have to destroy all the Metal Sonic Holograms (Also in the Past), wich makes getting a Good Ending a pain in the ass, since the Special Stages are really hard, and finding all Teleporters AND Holograms is also really hard if you don't use a guide. Also, keep in mind you have to do all of this with Sonic, Tails seems to disqualify everything (At least from my experience, but i'm not 100% sure, so you probably wanna check the Wiki for that one). Been playing this game for over 2 years, at least 50 different Saves because you can't visit past Levels on a finished Save, wich is literally the one thing that makes this so annoying, and i'm still on that grind. Good on you if you don't have much problem with the Special Stages, and also keep in mind that getting all Times Stones is futile if you don't destroy at least the Teleporters up until the point you have all of them. Basically, getting all Time Stones makes every Zone from that point onward, so let's say you get a Time Stone every Act, from the 1st Act of the game, Palmtree Panic Act 1, so you get all Stones after finishing 4-1, from 4-2 onward, all Zones are automatically Good Futures. So 4-1 will not automatically be a Good Future, and if you didn't destroy all the Teleportes from 1-1 to 4-1, you'll get a Bad Ending. Good Luck, hope i was able to help.

Good Ending in Sonic CD can be gotten in at least one of two cases: collect all 7 Time Stones and/or destroy all Generators
The best one is destroy all generators cuz the 5th bonus IS A INFINIT HELL

You'll still get the good ending. Nothing extra happens by doing both.
Doing both also gets the bonus ending.
