this is one of the best things ive heard in a while, ive been doing not very well recently, mental healths gone to shit, gave up on working out, not doing good at all, this made me realize that 1 bad thing doesnt mean my lifes over, a few bad years? i have more. bad mental health? it can get better. thank you be berserker
