That instrument was TAR, not Setar or Tanboor, by the way, however Setar means 3 strings the instrument has 4 strings!!!
In fact seh means three - tar means string , the interesting part is seh tar has 4 string and we have another instrument do tar - do means two and it has three strings - that instrument in the video is ( TAR )

Interestingly Setar has 4 strings, and Tanbur 3! This however, is Tar, a 6-string instrument. Historically though, Setar had 3 strings and Tar had 5 but they've evolved into the current form.
