The sad part to the people knocking you because you coloring is they are missing a lot of joy . In there life, good for you keep up the fun and relaxing coloring . I’m 66 and love coloring have been coloring for years love every minute of it.
I completely agree with you Pauline. Maybe if these people experienced the joy and happiness that this hobby brings, maybe they wouldn't be so negative and judgemental. I'm so happy you are enjoying colouring sweetheart. Have lots of fun xx😘❤️

Yes! Finally these are my favorite types of videos and I was beginning to think I had seen them all! And to the rude people making you feel like you had to put your book down, your pages are BEAUTIFUL and don’t let anyone make you feel bad for what you enjoy! I truly understand how you feel with people giving negative comments with regards to your hobby. I also had the same incident and to think she was my friend but you are right do not let anyone take away youe happiness. Lovely pages btw. 😊

I think putting them all in one video would be great! Would make it easier on you to just do one video instead of separates.

Your work is stunning!! Can I ask how you are able to use marker and it not leak through to the back page?? What do you use for metallics? They are sooooo smooth !🥰🥰🥰🥰
Aww thank you so much Miranda. Do you mean the water based markers not bleeding through? If so then I find that it's best not to keep going over the same area. Try to keep your pen moving and you should be fine. It also depends on the quality of the paper. For Metallica I either use metallic gel pen or Watercolour paint. I hope this helps sweetheart xx😘❤️
Such beautiful pages 😍 it made me sad that you had such horrible comments about colouring when you were in a and e 😔 and that they put you off finishing the page. Why are people so horrible? They don't understand what actually goes into adult colouring, but even so, they shouldn't be mean. You carry on doing what you love 🥰
Thank you so much sweetheart. Yeah these people certainly had alot to say and made me feel small. BUT I'm not going to allow people like that to take away my love and joy I feel for colouring. Unfortunately there will always be a handful of people who have some snide comments to make about this hobby but for me and many others, it isn't just a hobby. It helps so much with my anxiety and depression so I am going to continue doing this for as long as possible. Love and hugs xx😘❤️❤️
Do water based markers not bleed thru paper like alcohol markers??
No. Because they are water based I find that if you don't keep going over the same area and keep the pen moving you'll be good xx😘❤️
Gosh I love all your Karla Magana pages. They're so colorful and interesting! What white gel pen do you use?? The one I have tried gets tinted by the alcohol marker underneath, but your white lines are so crisp and bright! Is the a technique I'm missing?
Hi sweetheart. I use the Gelly Roll White and they work really well. They do pick up some colour but overall I really like them. I've heard that the Arteza white gel pens are excellent but I've been unable to get hold of them. I'm sure if you have a look for Review videos of them you'll be able to see how they work etc. I hope this helps hun xx😊

Aww thank you so much Kendra. My favourite water based markers are definitely Crayola Supertips closely followed by the Staedtler Dual Ended Fibre Tip pens. The pencils I use to shade over the top depends on what colours I need to be honest so I use a wide variety of pencil brands. I hope this helps xx😘❤️

@@kendraboese493 I try to keep the pen moving and also use the side of the nib so more colour lays down but of course this depends on the size of area you're colouring. And with waterbased markers there is going to at least be some streaking no matter what you do. I'll happily do a video showing this if it helps. Xx

What kind of markers do you use and what’s the brand please?
I use a wide variety of markers. These include Ohuhu alcohol brush markers, Crayola Supertips, Staedtler dual ended markers, Bic Intensity/Marking markers, Sharpies, gel pens. I hope this helps a little xx

Thank you so much. Water based marker wise I use Crayola Supertips and Staedtler Dual Ended Fibre Tip pens. I hope this helps my lovely. If you would like links to either of these sets that I use then please let me know and I'll happily get the links for you xx
Thank you I use crayola sometimes but I can't get them as smooth as how you apply them I will have to try the steadier ones thanks again x
I have got to be honest, I never was into Karla Magana because I mostly see scribbles with a face. But you have a very talent way of turning Karlas illustration into beautiful art.

How much did you pay for the wizard of oz book? It’s coming up as £99 that can’t be right. Is it an error on Amazon do you think?
Oh my gosh. No i didn't pay anywhere near that sweetheart. If i remember correctly, I think at the I purchased it it was around £6 on Amazon UK. It may be that the book is out of print now and so they have hiked up the prices which i think is awful if that is the case. I am more than happy to have a look on Amazon etc for you and see if I can find it at a reasonable price for you. Are you based in the UK? If not, which country are you based and then i can research accordingly for you xxx
Ok I have had a look on Amazon UK and they have the Italian version of the Wizard of Oz book by Fabiana Attanasio for £11 ish. I know this isn't the english version sweetheart but the images are exactly the same. The only difference is the writing is all in Italian.
