  • In this episode we take a tour with 1770 Reef out to Lady Musgrave Island on the Southern end of the Great Barrier Reef. All we could say was WOW as we cruised in to the super clear turquoise water of the lagoon. The color of the water is sensational showing the fringed reef around it with bombies scattered all around. We get to go on the glass bottom boat over the coral before doing a guided tour of Lady Musgrave Island and all its bird life. Returning to the boat for a bite to eat before snorkelling for a couple of hours. What a fantastic reef and place to snorkel. This place is amazing!!

You should have gone on Lady Musgrave Experience - best boat and experience on the east coast… with biologists, dive masters, chefs and a floating hotel for those that want to stay!

We were at 1770 when we did this tour. Lady Musgrave Experience only leave from Bundaberg but we did say one day we’d love to come back and do the overnight stay out there. How cool that would be!!!

This was fantastic. I lived in the central Qld region in the early 80s. To me there is nothing more beautiful than diving on a coral reef. Great footage well done. Worth the money in my opinion.

Thank you 🙏It sure was worth every cent. We loved snorkelling here and if they hadn't of called us in we'd still be snorkelling 😂. One of the most beautiful reef lagoons we've seen.

We were so lucky and had the pick of days . The skipper mentioned it’s the best weather for the trip out there he’s seen. I have heard it can be very rough though.

I don't know why people make videos with music in background the natural sounds would be better to hear.

With this video I’m not really sure what natural sounds you’d hear? What sound does a fish make? On the island a group of 30 people are very noisy and on the boat the only sound is a droning engine noise?
