Not gonna lie I think a lot of characters are getting closer to each other in viability. Only character I think needs genuine help is garnet but I could be wrong since she got buffed this patch.

I only have only one suggestion for future character releases. You could take the time to read the move list before jumping into a match, so you have an understanding of the basics. Doesn't need to be included in the video, if you feel it would be boring for the viewer.

Will they ever add any marvel characters i wonder, i would love to see wolverine/deadpool or even spider-man, would be awesome in my opinion

@@slushMV Well i didn't knew that but as far as i remember they said that the number of characters they can add to the game it's unlimitted if the players will continue to support the game. But oh well too bad then i guess

I just got top 500 Rick in 1v1’s and I definitely agree that once people start figuring out the meeseeks more he’ll be so much more broken
My first impression is Rick’s moves are better than Morty moves but Morty has more potential. Sort of how Jake naturally has good moves compared to Tom and Jerry but despite that T&J is huge for competitive when used properly.

It's hard to comment on ricks potential because he came out much later than morty. I think both have a lot of potential

He's amazing and has loads of insane tricks and combos up his sleeve. Plus he has the best taunt in the game 😂
Got to say got my ass handed to me by a rick a few times and I would rather loose to him ten times then fight one batman that can hit me with his cape when i'm not that close to him

They rlly need to fix matchmaking, I went against a level 25 harley when I was a level 5 Wonder Woman, I never play her, so I wanted to try her a little, I can never get away from these sweats🙄
Personally (I state this as an actual Batman main) I feel like Rick was designed to take out Batman which is why I feel like the devs haven’t nerfed Batman as much as they should. With all of Rick’s utility it really shuts down batman. Morty was the same way but Rick is better at it.

Its true i versed like a level 10 batman and i was like a level 5 rick or mabye level 4 and i beat them

Rick seems like a character with infinite edgeguarding potential he can scare you from coming on stage with the portal gun which can instant transmission Rick to you so he can beat your ass, meeseeks, and up special. Not to mention the fact he has 2 meeseeks ammo with one of them being able to wield a club until a target runs into them. Tools to make you scared while youre hanging on to a side his polymorph floats off stage so does the fart bomb and the forward meeseeks the s-air has a crazy hitbox to go down there and bonk somebody with and his portal gun instantly pops you up at there location for possibly an easy unexpected spike or regular hit. All in all he's a mobile character with crazy knockback and the tools to punish you for literally existing off stage.
Rick is super fun his dair is ridiculous. Also, the reason the meeseeks are just standing there is because you're pressing Dodge after you summon them.... But you probably know that already lol

I’d say patch notes were “previewed” not “leaked” as the game director was the one who posted the patch notes haha

Rick is easily the best new character. His animations are excellent, the choice of lines are great , he has insanely unique moves . He feels like a better Morty. Hope we get more hype characters like this

I say this 100% serious rick needs to have all of his base attacks halfed and less knockback becausr I played against a level 9 rick who actually knows what he's doing and I saw the potential he's does too much damage for the amount of stuff he can do and how much damage he can wrack up with his portals

I will say this Rick is an amazing character usually I lose 1v1 but Rick has so many combos u can do that it hard to not know what to do

I think Rick is fun. I like his mix of projectiles and he feels like a "fair" character. I don't mind losing to him b/c seems like he requires actual skill to use.
A tip for Rick is that his side air is really strong

Edit: i think his skiing abilty where he skates on skates idk what it is i think its really good you can spam it for recovery and for hitting people
Rick is good at dealing damage, but his one downside that puts him a tier lower than S tier is his lack of "confirm kill" abilities.
He has a hard time finishing enemies, so must rely on edge guarding or lucky side kills to finish the job.
@@BaselBannoud yeah but Morty has the same issue and he is pretty much s tier, the amount of utility compensates for the lack of kill moves honestly.
It took so long because they kept trying (And failing) to get the voice actors in to do unique lines so eventually they just ripped lines from the show and called it good.
Sad, but that's probably the best we're gunna get.
