LOT 109 MACELBRI LARK
Macelbri Lark (Jaree Mott x Glenfaba Flit) is a well-bred, promising young all-round kelpie dog. He has a double cross of Glenfaba Kenny. He is rising 2.5yr old with a small to medium build. Lark has experience in all types of cattle work from weaners, dry cows & cows and calves. He is better suited to a team but will work on his own. On cows & calves he has always ran with another dog, but on dry stock he can complete small jobs on his own. Lark is a silent worker with a nice nose bite, he has a direct cast & likes to get to the lead of his mob, but will happily balance stock and work the tail bringing them to you. Lark is growing in confidence and getting better on every job, Lark still needs some further training to fine tune & be classed as a fully broken in dog.
Lark has had very limited opportunity to work sheep other than a small trainer mob, he has a nice feel and is clean with no bite or bark. He will also happily back & I'm sure with more opportunity & exposure to this, it will be something he will only advance in to make a handy all-round station dog for both sheep & cattle.
