Hi sister, i have been in my depression period in 2023, the year where i keep asking why things did not going how i want it. I almost 30, I did not have stable earning, even my brother support my finances. I dont know what to do, i keep asking and asking, what happen to me, what happen to my life? yet i never know the answer. 2 months before 2023 end, i found your videos. I watch few of it, and feel attacked yet so welcome by your message. your message help me to stand up again, try again. Fix my ibadah, taking care of my self, ask forgiveness from my mom, setting my goals and even build my vision board. The moment i started to accept every thing that beyond my control, ask Allah for guidance and believe the moment Allah will give me. Just two days ago, i got hired in my very first formal job and will move to abroad for work. Go out from the comfort zone is never easy, but i must do it. Sister, i think Allah guide me to found you, watch your video, stand up and try again and again. Thank you sister, Allah help me and you as the mediator for it 🥰

I'm working on doing the phd test, while doing my exhausting 9 to five, while keeping my mental health, but keeping my mental health is what made all of this possible in first pkace,, i sometimes forget how my life is tiring untill I'm talking to someone about it, it was hell for the past 3 months but now everything is falling into pkace, i journal everyday and watch my inner monologue, i read your affirmations everyday, i watch my food, i try to look at my money as abundant and enjoy it a lot, I'm actually enjoying the study process for my phd, after the exam ends I'm gonna focus on fashion, i bought a sewing machine and I'm going for it

I was struggling too but now I just journal at the end of the day I write what happens in the day and what I got done and what I’m grateful for and at the end I thank god for living another day 😅 I start like this Today was a beautiful day/ happy / sad .. day I did this , I did that …bla bla u know
An exercise that I love to do is just write, even if you write about not knowing what to write. Write about what you see around you l, your day, ideas, literally ANYTHING!
Another good way to structure your entry is
- 3 things your grateful for
- how today went or how you would like it to go (depends if your doing this morning or evening)
- 3 things your proud of
- 3 areas you could improve on
- an affirmation
- a letter to yourself
There's also LOADS of prompts on Pinterest! You can just type in "journal prompts"
