So it sounds like if I want to make 100-200 per day, the fastest way is to find an account with $1000 and trade it on a leverage off-shore account. Is that Light speed??
Recently, I got into the UA-cam financial niche, and I’ve taken a deep dive into day trading as it interests me. I have tried multiple methods to build my portfolio. So far I’m making progress with help. Back to the video, wonderful job there. I always look forward to your next content.
Trading might seem daunting at first, once you understand the market basics, it becomes much easier. An expert trader of repute, has helped me gain outstanding increased ROI on my portfolio. There are three core concepts that all beginning traders need to grasp. With his guidance, you’re sure to succeed like I’ve done. You can get across to him,
Quite true. From my experience, it’s about understanding the market and volatility, but that’s difficult to do without help and guidance. Going in blindly is like betting a pony against a horse in a race.
My god man, this guy is an awesome teacher. I’ve watched other UA-cam channels about this same topic, I’m talking 25 min videos and I still didn’t understand anything once it was over. This guy video is 12 mins and I’ve got everything I was looking for, plus a couple more gems. I’m subscribing to this channel
Ross, you are one of the very few day trading mentors (and I mean very few) who gives a straight answer to this question. I’ve seen many videos supposedly giving an answer, but they don’t. So, on behalf of everyone looking for a straight answer and finding it here, THANK YOU.
Ppl have no idea how much effort, sleepless nights, bad days made good, etc etc goes into making just one ten to fifteen minute video. Hope you go to the moon bro, God bless love from INDIA.....

Mate, I've been searching for a straight to the point answer for over a week. Learned more in this 12 minute video than I did all week. I subscribed right after this. Thank you!!
i started out "figuring out" how to daytrade with $10K. Quickly that went down to $100 over 6 months after I blew up my account. Found that options trading were best for me and started over with $1500. Watched that go down to $300 before I made sure each and every trade counted. From there I was able to double my account in 2 weeks, and double it again in a week, growing it more and more when I had the mindset that this trade has to count, this is the only trade that determines if I make it or not. I will take a small position and only accept a small loss if it is not profitable. Money management and following your trading plan is much more important than what you have in your account to start. Make sure it grows and do not take any risks until you can afford to do so. PDT rule helped me make sure that 1.) I only had 3 chances each week to make my trade count, and 2.) i wont take a trade unless I saw the setup happen that is most profitable for me
I started with 10k too. Ive been in the game 6 months almost 7 and ive blown 11%. Im now focused on trading Nasdaq etfs with small share size. I only make a dollar a day on most occasions. Im getting really good with my entries and exits and will slowly be increasing my share size. Im not taking unnecessary risk pennystoking or options gambling.
@Mike What I have learned after the PDT rule being a barrier is that you need to focus on profit short term and not long term. If your "perfect setup" is there and only lasts for 15 minutes, you need to know its time to get out even if you thought you could profit more. The saying is true, cut your losses early and let your profits ride. With the market being dominated by tweets, I dont normally hold overnight positions now. If I do for any reason, I will "cancel" my order out on the overnight by buying a put or call right after my position. If the trend is still happening in the morning, I will sell both the call and put, and jump back in at the next point where the PDT rule is in my favor. the main goal after such a big loss was not long trades for alot of profit, it was learning how to cut losses, keep profits, and build up my portfolio. Once I got back up to "break even" on everything I put back in, I was able to take small risks by using the house money from my profits. When you are still on your own initial investment, you cant afford any high risk. Best of luck!
@@topnotchsir-c1166 Several factors I look at, but in a nutshell, I look on multiple timeframes from 3min, 10min, and 1 hour to see where the trend is in relation to the EMA. If you are on a long term downtrend then you want to make sure you are not longing opposite of that. I used to swing trade but with this market I stick to day trades, big blue chip stocks and index funds for now
Yeah, I always have the comments section up and a respond to literally every single one myself. It takes a while everyday, but it keeps me close with the community.
I appreciate much on channels that the owner really take the time to reply on comments or specially questions, even considering he has few hundred thousand subscribers. Awesome!! This is 1st time I comment on this channel. And more to come. Thank you Mr. Ross
He actually has people (probably employees) comment for him. You really think this guy comments on every single comment. This isn’t the only video getting comments that need responded to haha!
I made $200 today off Shiba. Purchased 1500 at .000022 and sold at .000025 and after the Coinbase fee I made $177. Took only 12 hours, got my tax return and taught myself how to do it by watching the waves. I don’t know much at all when it comes to being technical about this but learning a stock/crypto and knowing it’s cap and where it usually hangs seems to be the all you need to know
Thank you so much for this informative video it has helped me greatly. Most time people don't know where to start when it comes to investment. But great investors can provide proper guidance...
I’ve been kicking the idea around of day trading for several months. I own a business and it is seasonal so the winter months I could use something to keep me busy, as well as generate some revenue. I’ve watched a lot of YT videos and yours are the easiest to understand and you get to the point. A lot of these UA-camrs love to hear their own voice. Thank you for the vids!

Overall, this was a good video. One thing I think you underplayed is how risky trading on margin is. It obviously magnifies your winnings, as you showed, but it also magnifies your losses as well. Which is why I think it would have been good to reiterate how important it is to trade paper and prove profitability before attempting to trade with real money, let alone on margin.
It’s crazy how you’re the first trader who made things plain and simple and understandable .. I know this is just a small topic but I understood a lot from this .. will be following for more
Signed up on robinhood initially, but it sucked. I’ve made over $30k from my initial capital of $6k, two months into trading. With risks covered even offshore.
I have seen countless appraisals from different people on his expertise in yt. Honestly, I’ve been taking losses and need help. Thanks for the referral.
Thank you so much bro...I'm in the Bahamas is it any way you can show us how to operate an account from the Caribbean as to capitalize on the market with that leverage

sorry if this triple posts but CMEG is one that he's used and spoken favorably of. I can't vouch personally. Upon getting comfortably over $25k it would be a good idea to switch to a domestic broker--he likes Lightspeed but the choice of broker really depends on what you want and need.

Coming from a veteran trying to learn to get out of debt and financially free and help my mental. You have the easiest and straightforward approach it is appreciated
Nice explanation, As for myself, I chose to go the route of using a US broker and starting with 1000$ and then learning and taking time along with keeping my day job along with adding some money and setting some realistic goals. Then when I grew that account to 4000$ I opened another account and split the money between the 2 and now I trade 5 days a week rotating between the 2 accounts and this way I can grow at a nice steady pace that suites my needs. This I think is another great way to trade too. Plus this is another way to get around the PDT rule
@@DaytradeWarrior Is that really true, the PDT rule only applies to one account, and not the person. So i could set up a TD ameritrade account, A Robinhood account, and an E trade account and get 9 trades in a week??
Its good to work in a way you. Think fits perfectly in your schedule. And that fits your personality well...i personally started with $500 dollars didnt start making much at first. But after time with my new trader ive been able to achieve a lot.
Grazer-One can you please explain a little more about your way iam completely new to this and would like learn more about trading and still work my day job. Thanks
Hi Ross I am a brand new day trader, guaranteed to be successful, however I am just starting. I have the means to do whatever as I am a little older but always wanted to day, and swing trade. I am looking to begin. I have watched a few programs and I am just getting setup now (just built a new computer). Should be ready after this weekend. I am looking for a great mentor (you) and am considering crypto but have other accounts. I have a few questions. 1. How do I get into your personal group? 2. Do you communicate live when you are teaching so I can ask questions via a chat or some other means? 3. When does your next beginner session start? I am new to this game have made my decision to trade and need to learn the lingo and TA and am now anxious to start as soon as possible. I have may more questions but lets start here. Thanks A

Successful people don't become that way overnight. Most people you see as glance wealth, a great career, purpose is the result of hard work and hustle over time. I pray anyone who reads this will be successful in life
It's obvious a lot people remain poor due to ignorant because of not having the knowledge that forex market is the only profitable investment you can ever think of doing
If you're so tight for cash you need to borrow almost your entire trading account... You can't afford to lose. Very stressful, and very dangerous. Leveraging is for pros.
Beginners should start with a cash account if they only trade long. 1) It helps them to learn patience by waiting for cash settlement. 2) They don't overtrade. 3) They have time to learn the market. If they are profitable with a cash account, they can open a margin account.
definetly a difficult questions, considering that each one of us start at different points. Also putting more money does not necessarily mean you know how to manage them. That will come with time, but having less money, forces you to focus on get better entry points. Thanks for the video

Hey Ross! I’m struggling with a issue and hopefully you can share some insight or make a video. But how do you actually “make a living with daytrading” in terms of how do you structure the system for taking money to live off. Now I’m NOT talking about the amount of money to live because that’s different for each person, but the system for it. Because if you’re a newer trader and you take profit out of your account to live off, then now you’re removing money for you to play with in your broker account. Plus, if you take money to live off out of your broker account and still have to pay taxes I’m just confused as the best way to handle this? Do you wait till your broker account hits a certain amount of funds then only pull out a certain percent for profit to live off and then 30% for taxes and put that into a separate account? So my question is what is the simplest way for a trader to take profit to live off while not getting messed up by not having enough to cover taxes and still being able to fund your broker account. And once again, not looking for tax advice, just wondering how m/!6 traderslive off of doing it? Hope this makes sense.
Hey Josh, Ross usually transfers funds from his brokerage account to his bank account once a month leaving only what he needs to trade in the brokerage account. He sets money aside for taxes and has a solid budget set for his bills.
This is my very first Day trading I've ever watched... Definitely informative. Question as a person who wants to start day trading and doesn't have a ton of capital to work with ... What's the very first step? Do you have a video you recommend
Awesome! We actually get this question a lot, so we wrote a blog post to help explain in a little more detail. You can read it here: www.warriortrading.com/day-trading-for-a-living/
Your videos are amazing! I’m learning so much from them. I was wondering, in this video you talked a lot about the upsides if the off shore accounts. What are the downsides tho? Surely there has to be some. With the leveraged money, is there consequences if you lose the “borrowed” money?
Ross, I’m trying to get into day trading starting off with just short of $3000. Everything I’m learning makes sense and I’m even making about $2 a day right now. But now my question is what are news sources and programs I can use to better predict the market? I want to be more confident in my trades! Love your videos!
L. Carlito 70 Percent do loose money tho 🌝 30 percent do make money I think it’s about how well versed you are in it how it works and luck a lot of luck at times people say they studied the market the make guesses on trends but no one knows where the markets gonna go untill it happens

@@edwardsfinancial yes but new traders drunk on the idea of making lots of money should not jump into leveraging funds until they know what their risks are. You still lose money on stop orders even more so when you’re leveraging 75% of your investment. Now you have to make that much more to cover that loss on the next investment. If I start with a small goal of say, $50 a day, is it reasonable to envision a growth plan that can get me to my ultimate goal stated above?

I have just under 10 k and I was thinking of starting of trading with a smaller 1 k account as I gain experience, what do you think? Same goes for leverage do you think I should use it right at the beginning like you show in the video or once you have more experience since I know it cuts both ways. Thanks

How long should I give myself before jumping in? How much training to I need? Your program seems endless. I want to feel comfortable in placing the order and selling. Setting stop loss limits to control losses. Any insight is appreciated. THank you.

$6000 in two weeks off a 10k investment, pretty good I guess! I reckon though you could make the same day trading, without the risk of prolonged exposure to the market.
The one thing I would add, is that with margin trading, you multiply your downside risk by your leverage amount, in the event the stock goes down on a long position or the stock goes up on a short position. Thus managing that risk becomes even more critical.
What happens if you lose more than you originally had pre-leverage in an offshore? You go negative and can’t trade until you pay back the debt? Ik i’m a couple years late but if you see this it would mean a lot if you responded🙏🏼

Sorry sir this might seem like a silly question, but I've been trying to get into the stock market for the past year and a half. Im I'm having problems finding a good website or somewhere they can teach me how to read no price to earnings sheets valuations and all that kind of stuff do you have anywhere you could suggest that I could go that would be relatively simply relatively simple being as though I've only been in it for about a year and a half. Thank you very much in advance

Your channel is So helpful! I want to continue learning with you…though, I have an unsusual profile. I have a lot of questions; I am part time in Mexico, part time in Europe, what are your recommendations for traders? Is ptd enforced in Mexico? Even though I have the 25k or more to start, what’s the best strategy. Do I need a credit card or debit is enough? (I refuse to have credit…my personal choice). I want to use a simulator for a certain time, what do you recommend? Yours I guess, could I have only the monthly fees for simulator with the use of your fab program/market scanner? it is a reconversion for me, almost 60, was buying houses, rebuilding remodeling (myself), had a 💪 accident, broke my back, I am lucky enough I am walking again…I am now a highly “cyber/transformer” woman with plenty of screws, bars and metal in my body…😂 I know…so many questions right?

I have 2 screens at the moment as I used to play a lot of video games and do uni work etc. I saw on your outro that you have 6 screens + a laptop which is mind boggling to me. I am assuming that it was a progressive move to get to that point. I have many questions: - How long did it take you to get to using 6 screens? - How often do you use all 6? - What do you have on them? e.g. do you dedicate 1 screen to 1 stock? - Does your computer struggle with having that much information/screens running at the same time? - Do you have a video about/explaining your setup? I haven't had the chance to look through or watch all your videos yet (but I am working on it) - How much was your computer? - How often do you upgrade it?

What offshore broker do you recommend?
Mate, I've been searching for a straight to the point answer for over a week. Learned more in this 12 minute video than I did all week. I subscribed right after this. Thank you!!
You're welcome!
i started out "figuring out" how to daytrade with $10K. PDT rule helped me make sure that 1.) I only had 3 chances each week to make my trade count, and 2.) i wont take a trade unless I saw the setup happen that is most profitable for me
Great work!
What's your strategy or trigger for you to enter the trade?

Nice explanation,
As for myself, I chose to go the route of using a US broker and starting with 1000$ and then learning and taking time along with keeping my day job along with adding some money and setting some realistic goals.
Nothing wrong with that, it's not for everyone. That is also one way to do it!
@@DaytradeWarrior Is that really true, the PDT rule only applies to one account, and not the person. So i could set up a TD ameritrade account, A Robinhood account, and an E trade account and get 9 trades in a week??

Hello. Thanks a lot for your videos. One question, why do you think is better to scalp on shares than on indeces or Forex?
Beginners should start with a cash account if they only trade long. 1) It helps them to learn patience by waiting for cash settlement. 2) They don't overtrade. 3) They have time to learn the market.
If they are profitable with a cash account, they can open a margin account.
Thanks for the thoughts!
Cash account works with only use 50% for trading. Leave the other 50% to cover settlement.

Your videos are amazing! I’m learning so much from them. I was wondering, in this video you talked a lot about the upsides if the off shore accounts. What are the downsides tho? Surely there has to be some. With the leveraged money, is there consequences if you lose the “borrowed” money?
Yes, you get liquidated and lose a major part of your invested money, same risks as investing in very volatile assets.

another downside is higher fees than onshore brokers

So if your stuck with the 3 per app trades a day. Can you sell the same stock multi times until you put. Taken profits up? Or would each separate sell be a day trade? What over seas app do recommend? Watch you every morning for couple weeks. Thanks for all you help, insight and knowledge.

If you want to be successful have the mindset of the rich spend less and invest more., Don't give up on your dreams. I pray that whoever likes and reads this will be successful.
Success people don't become that way overnight. What most people see at a glance-wealth, a great career, purpose-is the result of hard work and hustle over time.
👍🤓
Great video, and a great explanation of leverage. If people listen to this video and understand it in its entirety, he basically told you how to get rich in under 13 minutes. I'm suffering from paralysis of analysis myself, but this video has great value in it if you pay attention.
Thanks for watching!
Ross, I've just started following your channel. You mentioned you are revising your learning programs. When should we expect to see the new programs?
Thanks Richard! And very soon!! Stay tuned!
I started following you consistently since February. Your trades have made me just shy of $40k clean. Thank you, brother!
That is fantastic!!
If it wasn't for the PDT Rule a great majority of Day Traders would be in hole every time they miscalculated the market .
I agree!
That shirt is freaking awesome. As is the way you presented information. Very easy to take in. Will definitely be watching older videos for knowledge and new videos!! Keep up the good work man!!

I don’t like how simple it seems, so many variables can lead this the wrong way fast
Leveraging will put a lot of people in debt real quick if they go red on their stocks
Stop order.
I think he should also include the risks of this type of investing.
Hello :) I wanted to know what brokerage do you recommend for off shore? And is it safe ? Also would you have to pay taxes on that money if it’s off shore ? What do you recommend to make money the quickest

😊 thank you so much! For teaching us! I am a brand newbie! Frankly, I'm learning a brand new vocabulary! A little bit overwhelmed. But excited. My goal is to replace my monthly income of about $4,000, in 2 years. Right now the idea of setting $1,000 aside for trading. Can a freaks me out, I get it, I see the logic of it, it just freaks me out. If I start with a small goal of say, $50 a day, is it reasonable to envision a growth plan that can get me to my ultimate goal stated above?

Telling a starter ($500-1000) about leveraging x4 to begin with is like giving a burning match to a firecracker...
We highly discourage using leverage before participating in education and practicing in a sim!
I hate when they say you can grow your account 10% a year but i appreciate you show me how can i grow my account 10% aday with small money thnks

Hey Ross I think you content is amazing. I’ve just started learning about day trading and want to go all in and really focus on making it work. I have just under 10 k and I was thinking of starting of trading with a smaller 1 k account as I gain experience, what do you think? Same goes for leverage do you think I should use it right at the beginning like you show in the video or once you have more experience since I know it cuts both ways. Thanks
I just join Warrior Trading. I opened a Schwab account. My trading account is 2K and my holding account is 3500.00. For now until I feel more comfortable in learning the rules, My goal is to get through the beginner training before I begin trading. I will focus on using the simulator before I go real. How long should I give myself before jumping in? How much training to I need? Your program seems endless. I want to feel comfortable in placing the order and selling. Setting stop loss limits to control losses. Any insight is appreciated. THank you.
Which offshore broker sites would you recommend? Ive found forex but am having a hard time trusting which site to start off on. Love your videos, will be taking in all your advice
Did ya find an offshore broker yet
I just watched your video comparing US and Off shore accounts. Can you recommend an Off Shore Trading Company to Day trade with ? I am with Interactive and you make a great point with the limitations they put on us. Thank you for your video!
I personally used CMEG, www.warriortrading.com/capital-markets-elite-group-review/
Thank you so much🤗What are some of the off shore brokers that I can use?
Thank you for this useful video.
Something I want to figure out :
Leaving in Europe, I use IBKR as broker, I start with 6K.
I trade 5 days a week
But I am not allowed to buy more that what I own (no leverage)
Do you know why I can't use leverage?
Is that a Cash account?
If so, how can I use leverage ?
Thank you in advance for your answer
How can I start with 500? I have never done this before
Hey Warrior! been watching your videos for two days now. I am starting at the very beginning with around $1000 Thank yo so much for the inspiration. How can I find high moving low priced stocks that are easy to manage like the example? Cost efficiently of course.
Hey Max, By using stock scanners.
I am brand new to this. Like, haven’t started yet. The lingo is brand new. The idea is new. It’s a lot to try to learn. I like how your videos explain things and break things down. I have a day job but it’s not good. Now I find out I need my second open heart surgery and will now be out of work. So I plan on watching as many videos of yours as I can. For the very very beginning stages, where do you think I should start? I do not have a lot to start. $200 or less is what I’m working with…can it be done? Thanks for what you do

I put 10k into Tesla a couple weeks ago when it was $340, now it’s at $546!
That's amazing! Great job Brian!
$6000 in two weeks off a 10k investment, pretty good I guess! I reckon though you could make the same day trading, without the risk of prolonged exposure to the market.
Sell !!
And.....£1000 in eua-lon last Oct/Nov would be £14,000 before the stock was suspended last week pending.....sale?
It’s still going up. Seven hundred some now
The one thing I would add, is that with margin trading, you multiply your downside risk by your leverage amount, in the event the stock goes down on a long position or the stock goes up on a short position. Thus managing that risk becomes even more critical.
Very good thank you for adding that Joseph, much appreciated
you can still set a Stop-loss on the stock even if your trading on margin right?
What happens if you lose more than you originally had pre-leverage in an offshore? You go negative and can’t trade until you pay back the debt? Ik i’m a couple years late but if you see this it would mean a lot if you responded🙏🏼
That's correct!
hey great video.. learned a lot.. but one question you had mention about offshore accounts in the Caribbean do you know of any ..am not sure if can mention it here but if you can will help a lot

Great info as usual. Do you have any offshore accounts you can recommend
Your channel is So helpful! I want to continue learning with you…though, I have an unsusual profile. I have a lot of questions;
I am part time in Mexico, part time in Europe, what are your recommendations for traders?
Is ptd enforced in Mexico?
Even though I have the 25k or more to start, what’s the best strategy. Do I need a credit card or debit is enough? (I refuse to have credit…my personal choice).
I want to use a simulator for a certain time, what do you recommend? Yours I guess, could I have only the monthly fees for simulator with the use of your fab program/market scanner?
it is a reconversion for me, almost 60, was buying houses, rebuilding remodeling (myself), had a 💪 accident, broke my back, I am lucky enough I am walking again…I am now a highly “cyber/transformer” woman with plenty of screws, bars and metal in my body…😂
I know…so many questions right?
I started with $600 and I lost around 265$ during my “learning” period.
It's always tough starting out
Do you trade forex or stocks? Or both?

Thanks Ross, Knowledge is power.

I have 2 screens at the moment as I used to play a lot of video games and do uni work etc.
I saw on your outro that you have 6 screens + a laptop which is mind boggling to me. I am assuming that it was a progressive move to get to that point.
I have many questions:
- How long did it take you to get to using 6 screens?
- How often do you use all 6?
- What do you have on them? e.g. do you dedicate 1 screen to 1 stock?
- Does your computer struggle with having that much information/screens running at the same time?
- Do you have a video about/explaining your setup? I haven't had the chance to look through or watch all your videos yet (but I am working on it)
- How much was your computer?
- How often do you upgrade it?
Great video. I started to learn about the stock market. Question : What will happen to the leverage that you use if you lost your money? I want to learn about stock market.
