From 3:40 it is "The Cobra" F-18 still is an outstanding peace of kit... In the right hands it is agile, swift and very deadly... Legacy Hornet is a BEAST!

Thank you, finally someone who realizes how hard it is to film something like this up close, I've been doing it for over more 30 years and every year I try to improve and every year it's starting over again, to memorize the new displays again so that at a second show I can anticipate .
True , it is the same thing with the f-16 Demo , when you compare belgian F16 pilot Vador and Soloturk against Viper US . I saw F-22 demo and F-35 demo ,they don't show what the planes really can . The Russian demos are always more spectacular then the US Demo's . Same thing with their teams . If you see the blue angels that is very close flying but for the rest nothing special .If you see what The patrouille de France and the Red Devils do , that is much better. Also these teams change their show every year , the blue angels is every year the same . And the thunderbirds fly almost the same show as the Blue Angels Greetings
@@marcs_best_airshow_videos agree . but i think the f 16 viper its the only one that US really shows up especially the PACAF demos . for me . better than european smoke demos .
I believe US piltos have much strickter safety regulations which sort of prevents all that. I can be wrong though, just something i think i was reading about once.

Yeah, I agree. The cameraman was just as good with the camera as the pilot with the fighter jet. Must have been a pretty decent camera as well.
I think the classic F 18 is the most underrated fighter. In the hands of a really good pilot it is just sensational.
