Lo Celso is such a strange situation, on one hand he doesnt particularly deserve a new contact based on his previous injuries/attitude but he's a potentially excellent backup option in this system and he would be useful for another year whilst the likes of Donley/Moore/Devine develop and hopefully step into the team.
He should be starting over Maddison at this current time. I feel sorry for Lo Celso, he was in the rut prior of Ange and was hit by injuries beforehand also. He was the best/stand out player in pre-season but Maddison played really well before injury and started because he is a big name/is English and has the PL reputation along with the price tag... A LOT more to this but I'll leave it for now

There’s definitely more going on behind the scenes with Lo Celso than meets the eye. Ange had high praise for him until his second ‘injury’. I remember in the press conference he glossed over the injury and said something along the lines of ‘there’s something going on there that we need to get to the bottom of.’ Obviously not happy with his availability. Maybe he’s not doing enough to keep fit.
@@McFinnigan he’s making sure he doesn’t get injured. Lo Celso gets injured when he starts games. Maybe once a week is okay but he gets injured quickly when minutes start to pile up
I think we should make Romero our 6 next season I believe he can be our next Rodri lyk for us then we go in the market for another elite center back who agrees with me

We heard a lot about mixed feeling about Ange's first season at previous clubs. However we also hear the second season brings great things! I think this next window is going to make us feel a lot better.

Geertruida and Hancko are 2 defenders from Feyernord I would take in a heartbeat, Geertruida is so versatile and quite good and Hancko is just an unbelievable defender. Gimenez, however, concerns me with his regular goal droughts.
I think from the Tottenham side signing Lo Celso makes a ton of sense. If you let him go then you will have to find a replacement. You are creating an issue for no reason and where will you find a better rotation/backup option than Lo Celso? Since hes not the main option i think its ok to roll the dice on his injury issues especially since we also have Kulu in case things go wrong.

geertruida would be a great backup to Porro, his underlying stats talk for themselves. I would even consider playing him as a 6 (or Romero and then buy a CB). For Giminez it’s simple, get him in

In addition to a couple international signings, the club is obviously trying to bolster their HG ranks. We saw it last summer, when the club had 50M to spend on a winger and chose Johnson. We've been linked to Eze, Ramsey, Gallagher in midfield and Tosin/Kelly at CB in the past year. I think we likely lose Sessegnon, Tanganga, Skipp, Spence... have to replace them with HG options.
Regarding the Saka goal, about four Spurs players were in the area to challenge Havertz's long-ball assist but they all just jogged back unconcerned. Can't just blame the #6 for that. In Ange's attack-obsessed system, it often seems the players are either too gassed or just hoping someone else (usually VDV) will clean it up. This has got to change, better talent via another transfer window will not fix this soft mentality.

Fans need to take a chill pill regarding Bergvall. He's 18 years old and playing in Swedish Allsvenskan which is a shit League. I watch Allsvenskan every week. Bergvall is not even close to the starting 11 at Spurs. He needs to put on 5-6 kg.

Bergvall is 6’1” and weight 200lbs. He most certainly doesn’t have a size issue.

I’m a U.S. spurs fan so I haven’t been caught up in the rivalry with Arsenal much, but imo wanting your team to lose so your rival has a better chance of losing the title race is a poor mindset to have
- Gimenez & Geertruida is definitely not coming to Spurs but they are most likely going to Liverpool.
- We should go after Lloyd Kelly instead of Tosin, he can cover Van De Ven.
- Buongiorno would be a good option but we also need homegrown players that we are currently struggling with.
- Gallagher is a no for me I don't like him at all plus he plays for Chelshit but Ramsey wouldn't be a bad option in my option but he's a backup.
- Sudakov might be alright I have no clue.
- We need wingers badly but we need to have better wingers than Johnson & Kulusevski that keeps them on the bench. We should be looking at the Williams, Kubo, etc.
- Lo Celso needs to leave to Serie A or La Liga he shouldn't be here anymore.

Hincapie should be our first signing in the summer. He will get good minutes rotating between left back and left center back, especially when we play in europe.

Not knowing much about Gimenez. I'm not impressed with the goals he scored. He is in a good team in a league which is easy to score goals. I would think Pavlidis is better value for the money. Pavlidis has a proven scoring record in the same league, he scored more than Gimenez so far. Gimenez has long contract with Feyenoord which requires a large transfer fee. Pavlids has 1 year contract left. Gimenez played for Mexico, long distance to travel during international breaks.

Even though we believe we need a 6, but am of opinion, if Ange does not tweak his tactics, no matter who we buy, it will still be same story. These are bunch of guys running all the field. No clear movements upfronts, without the ball, they are clueless. No structure to nullify the opposition. Each time they loses the ball, it's a goal. Vdv is now exposed, he now look like a speed merchant that cannot defend one one one.
