I have a Toiletry 15 and I want to replace the leather tab yours turned out great! The last two repairs I’ve gotten have come in the orange boxes I wonder if it’s a new thing they are doing.
They did a great job. How long did your repair take? I’m still waiting on a repair since March, and quoted the date in September😳 6 months is insane. TFS 🥰
I send this repair in April and it was ready in June 4 but u do have a repair since October 2021 and they are still working on it they did the pipping without my consent so when I spoke to the manager of the LV store she apologized and told me they would not charge me for the repair when it’s ready and she also told me that if I didn’t want to wait for the repair she could offer me a store credit but I said no I would wait for my bag.
@@louisfleurdelis8941 3 months is not so bad compared to your current situation, and as far as the mistakes they made; that’s what I am afraid of, and or them loosing my bag or damaging it..I have heard of so many horrible stories with LV Repair. I hope everything works out for you whenever you get your bag. That’s insane to be waiting since October 2021.😬 I also did my repair on the LV App, and nobody has contacted me to let me know how the repair is going.
@@blackseoul45 Thank you they told me the wait it’s because they had to order the spare parts from France. I have done 14 repair with LV and this one it’s the only one that has taken forever.
