@@dianacoward4284 Jobif If the canvas has any cracks they won’t even touch the bag. That’s why many time you can find canvas bags with cracks very cheap because they very hard to get repaired, you would have to go through someone who is willing to repaired but LV won’t do it and if someone else repaired your bag LV wont repair anything else in the bag for example a zipper because the bag was altered by a third party.

@@dianacoward4284 yes I’m not sure how big are the cracks but they can agree to do it and sended to the repair center in California and the repair specialist can denied the repair. You don’t lose anything by taking the bag to the store and see what they said. Every case it’s different depending on the damages Also heads up strap replacement are also pretty costly. Yes I took the bag into the store and they had to send it away. It all depends on the store some are equipped to do small repairs but not the my LV store. Same if you need your perfume refill only some of them can do it . I learn that recently.

I have good experience with them I also always ask for extra pictures it can take extra days to get them but they will send you all the info you need.

I didn’t notice but it doesn’t matter to me because as soon as I started using the bag outside it started to get that tan the vachetta gets from being expose to the sun and I like that honey petina color.

This bag I took to the LV boutique to get repaired.

My repair was back in 2020 I’m sure prices of repair have gone up since then. They do a good job it’s worth the way. Good luck

I used this bag for work all the time the straps are comfortable. I haven’t had any problems so far.

I think now they do virtual option online too I haven’t had anything repair in a while. If the crack it’s in the canvas they won’t touch the bag. Even if you do it online the bag will get inspected again for a second time by the Atelier and his the one who makes the final decision of the bag can be repaired or not.

I never requested the interior to be done only the zipper but they replaced the interior without my consent and they never charged me . I’m not sure how much it will cost.

I actually just gifted the bag to my duster because it’s to big for me I will prefer a small or medium in the future. Only because when I had the large size I was putting to many things and it was getting to heavy for me.

This bag is not fully leather but coated canvas so it's more durable n easy to take care..I have one since June last year n still doing good ..the sharp corner just slightly worn but no tear issue even on the leather handle

This code it’s from over 1 1/2 ago so it makes sense their prices went up still you will get a small pochette for that price in the luxury world that’s very cheap. Most pochette now are over $700. I’m glad I was able to help you.

Did they ask if you were the original owner? I just got this bag and I want to get the pouch. But idk if it would be easier to go to an lv store or do it online .

@@haydie.soulss They didn’t ask me anything they just inspected the bag to make sure it was real.

I believed now you can download the LV app and theirs an option for a virtual meeting with a repair specialist they will check your bag and tell you if they can do your repair or replace any piece of the bag. Also you can take the bag to the actual LV store and they can help you in person.

I got very lucky with my back that I didn’t have any cracks but it took LV a year to repair the leather . I made 2 videos of the process. Thank you so much for watching.
