Hard to believe it's been so long - That Skinny dreadlocked leather bound Goth metal head in the mirror has changed a little since I bought the CD . ( ironic that he mentions NIN - got every Halo ) And I found the CD singles of Plasticity ,Circuitry ,Millenium and Maniacal this year for $6 AUD each at my favourite preused music shop 5 months ago.
When I think industrial polka I think Laibach. UPDATE: 4:28 Just watched this again and wanted to share how true this is. We did an interview back in 95 or 96 with a German magazine and they were asking us about the economic importance of Karl Marx and Nietzsche and how it was represented in our music and I was trying to sound like I knew what I was talking about, but inside I was thinking, "We're a freaking electro band, why are they asking us this?!"
Wow this an awesome old interview I love the millenium/hard wired days and even before then which would be Bill Leeb and Michael Balch days which is typically the beginnings of FLA
I remember when "Hardwired" was released. KEYBOARD Magazine did a spread on them. Highlight of the article was FLA going on about the horrors they experienced with their new Oberheim OB-Mx.
He's right about FLA having cult status. And with the complexity of being a musician the way he does his work, about any interview would be a tough one. She did quite well.
It's her show. Not the Bill Leeb hour, despite how Bill feels. He also claims to have started Skuppy and he was basically a roady in 85 lol. Dudes a narcissist.
@@MrBorderdown what do you think of Rhys Fulber? I'm a bit mixed as of recent. After learning of his past project, 'Will', I had politely dm'd his IG-profile inquiring as to whether there would be any official reissues of those recordings and that I couldn't find them on any online source like bandcamp or Amazon music or iTunes and all he responded was, 'you cannot'. Came abit across as elitist/dismissive. I mean, if I were some little-known artist/producer, and some1 dm'd me out of sincere-interest in my past work that was unavailable, I'd hook 'em up.
Love this guy!!
Hard Wired is an immortal album
Agreed.

It's probably the best cyberpunk inspired album ever

Gah! Girl, ask better questions!
Can anyone tell me the exact date when they played in Philadelphia during the 1996 tour?
OMG!! There I am with bad shoes!!
You can actually see her ovulating.
I TOTALLY see it now!!! YES!!!
She's so terrible. And Bill is such a tolerant gentleman.
Dont worry about your shoes, cause its your pretty face that caused me to watch the video.
Damn, she interrupts him a lot. He plays it off pretty well.

The girl doing the interview has no clue about anything she is talking about.
JUST THINK IF SHE INTERVIEWED HIM TODAY NOW THAT HE IS GOT TO LEGENDARY STATUS😂😂😂
