    At last I can get rid of the call center job opportunities.

      Real people should still be employed, but they should transfer the very difficult calls (where asshats yell at and abuse the customer service representative to unbelievable degrees) to the A.I. Hopefully, the robot will do a good job.

      @@Quibblet I was thinking more that customer service roles would be more specialized, ie the simple/basic calls would be handled by AI and if AI isn't able to handle those, the more complex calls would be handled by humans.
