Stewie has a time machine. Can't he just use it to rewind back to the beginning to prevent contacting herpes in the first place?
waters228 91 That’s why it isn’t mentioned again in another episode...
That's not how the time machine works it doesn't reverse time it sends the user back it doesn't reverse things like age or any kind of state they weren't previously in
Stewie would still have it tho. Unless he got someone smart enough who isn't infected to use it
Because this episode wanted to ignore any good cartoon logic that would funny.
@@alanmooreisrasputinreincar8106 in one episode, Stewie and Brian go back in time a few years to find where Brian buried his bone in the front yard. When Stewie had his back turned, Brian went and prevented 9/11 from happening, which drastically changed their present time in a bad way.
So if Stewie went back in time and made sure that he and Brian didn't swap blood, then that would change his present time, and thus should prevent him from getting herpes.
Otherwise, in the episode that brings Brian back to life, the present Stewie went back into the past and saved him. But then he faded away so that 2 stewies wouldn't exist at the same time.
Also Stewie doesn't remember saving Brian, but Brian does. And he still knowingly gave him herpes, instead of just simply telling stewie "no, I don't want to swap blood with you, because it's not a good idea".
I mean if Stewie is your best friend, then you don't really have a reason to lie to him. But if you're too embarrassed, then just say that you haven't been tested yet and you don't want to take any chances.
why do you continue to torture yourself?

"You get better ideas out of random word generators."
Didn't South Park accuse Family Guy of using something similar to this?
Yes, a pool of manatees.
Where and which episode?
K1naku5ana3R1ka
The idea is from one of the episodes in the multi-part Cartoon Wars in season 10. It is in the second part.
@@thepineapplemiscreant2625it’s 2 part
South Park had a better episode dealing with Herpes. That shows how much Family Guy fails at dealing with these "serious" issues.
Speaking of Family Guy not doing research, herpes is not carried in blood. Brian couldn't possibly give Stewie herpes like that lol.
Nathan Rooney Yeah, and seeing how Stewie and Brian are hanging out together a lot, how it never happened before is nothing short of a mystery...
anik monette probably because oral herpes as a disease is largely dormant the only form that rwquires medical attention is the std that affects your genital not the cold sores around the mouth and Brian probably takes the medication to make the disease dormant whenever it flares up. Like everyone that has herpes has to do, which also so happens to be over a fifth of the world's population, which could actually be a higher number than that because some people have been diagnosed with it POST MORTEM and never knew because the dormant phases of the disease can last an insane amount of time.
Herpes is carried by blood, but it only affects the infected part. There is no way Stewie has herpes in his mouth by the blood brother handshake. He should have them in his arm
Why isn't this top comment
@@blademadlabs2423 There isn't a form that affects the genitals. Both HSV-1 and HSV-2 affect whatever area of the skin is initially infected. You can have HSV-2 on your mouth, and vice versa.
"This is until the point where you die. Where you do not exist anymore. Where everything you've done in life no longer matters."
That was surprisingly nihilistic for MrEnter.
Or should you say... Nyhlis! Get it. Because u have a Star Wars profile pic. No? I'll go then
It's Darth Nihilus.
He gets like that sometimes.
Yes, my poor grammar adds to the failure of the joke.

BTW Soldiers are treated TERRIBLY. It's the Politicians who have decided the wars, the soldiers just die for it.
Thank them for their bravery. The soldiers I mean, not the cowardly politicians.

@@hankreardenfan1019 Yeah Fuck All the leaders who run everything.
Really just wish God would be nice enough to come down here and rule over everything as opposed to some dumbo old stink who's nothing more than a doofus (Looking at you Joe Biden).
@MrKlassic he means the human leaders, not the divine, dummy
I didn’t create this world for people to make stuff like this.
@onion boi family guy
onion boi mr enter. Family guy is chad
God you mean za warudo
Oh hey there holy boy
Don’t blame you
I love how they forgot that Stewie is supposed to be a mega smart baby, and can probably easily cure the std. I mean, Stewie has an entire armory in his bedroom, I don't think that it's too hard for him to cure an std.
That's a good observation
Which would explain why he's back to normal by the next episode
@@diegodubber2140I’d like to think that he cured himself and Chris but didn’t cure Brian out of revenge.
Bojack Horseman did the military/soldier critique way better.
Soulsisters S.S. I loved that episode!!!!!
Bojack Horseman did everything better than Family Guy would only dream of
That's literally the episode that put me onto the entire show!!
This episode premiered a few months before BoJack Horseman came out though.
Bojack and this show are on whole different levels
I wish Vinne replaced Brian forever.
The status quo is god.
Yeah
same
I don't, even though I like Vinny.
Facts
Fun Fact: Family Guy knows the problems of the characters and refuses to fix them, like that scene in Quagmire Mom where Brian stands up for Quags mom and Stewie say's "Brian abandoned his only child by the way" and the ending, where after Quagmire gets out of prison Peter says "Aw Quagmire got away with it and learned nothing"
Pointing out your problems does not make them go away! That is the obvious statement Mr. Enter always makes about stuff like that. Like the Kung Fu Dino Posse opening calling the show cliche, that's another good example of that. September 27, 2020, 3:38am
I love how the soldiers got cheered on for beating up civilians in a conflict that THEY started. Genius writing.
You're not wrong about Family Guy begging for death, Enter. From what I've heard, Seth WANTS to end the show already, but Fox won't let him.
I swear, I'll riot if American Dad gets cancelled to keep Family Guy on the air.
Dude, saying this is the worst episode of the entire show is hard to say after seeing Screams of Silence
Richard Dong this is before he reviewed the episode
Richard Dong Stewie is Enciente is worse
This was before he saw that, and it’s still a strong contender.
TheMysteriousMrEnter even says at 14:53 just wait until he gets to "Screams of Silence."
@@williamwhite2568 Jem Reviews did a review on that episode
Now that Adam West is dead, we have to agree that it's FINALLY time for Family Guy to die.
And Carrie Fisher who voiced Peter's Boss Also she played as Princess Leia in Star Wars

They did an Adam West tribute on the Family Guy Season 15 DVD.
I'm sorry but the people behind Fox are so stupid that it's never gonna happen.
No, It's time for Animated Atrocities to die.

So... Who else here originally watched this when it was first uploaded?
Sara Schmidt Me
Sara Schmidt I got here at 3 minutes but it was already copyrighted.
ayye
Sara Schmidt Yah man. By the way, if family guy was written to be funny, these reviews probably wouldn't offend the people that made them. They would take the criticism and try to improve their writing. They remove these reviews because it makes people realise that the show is actually crap. No-one is able to say "yah, it has some flaws, but it's still good". Instead, people realise that it's crap through and through. It's like the leafyishere and Idubbbz situation. Leafyishere content was always crap, it just took someone to tell everyone that it was crap for people to realise it. It doesn't make sense, but that's how it works. When sheep get told somethings bad, they listen. They want something or someone to hate.
Sara Schmidt I saw part of it on his channel, then I watched a real upload by UA-cam Outlaw, or whatever the channel name was.
inb4 copyright takedown
Weasel Weasel I mean download because u know it will happen
Weasel Weasel not 10 mins before it got taken down.
Weasel Weasel I know it wouldnt let me watch for a little bit because of the stupid FOX copyright and NOW IT lets me watch it.
HeadphonesLady So it means "In before"?
Weasel Weasel ok
I think the joke behind Bryan Cranston getting an Emmy for sneezing is that the rest of this episode is so awfully unpleasantly cruel that the sneeze was loads more Emmy-worthy by comparison. Did you know he has the same birthday as Joy Tanner from Donkey Kong Country? She plays Candy Kong. February 19, 2018, 10:04pm
Stewie saved Brian from death and he paid him back by giving him Herpes.
Brian should have been permanently killed for all I care!
@Anime Fan 607 The episode Brian Writers A Bestseller is big example of it!

Going back to the thing with the soldiers, QUAGMIRE IS EX NAVY
he served his country just as much as the soldiers in the episode did
There's an afwul lot of jokes about the Army's rivalry with the other branches: hating the Navy and the Marines, making fun of the Air Force and Coast Guard, etc.
I won't lie, that Brian Cranston gag was slightly amusing to me.
And it's the only joke that made me laugh
Have you considered giving "Family Guy" the name of "Failure Guy"?
It's honestly fucking stupid how goddamn random family guy episodes are. The episode goes from Peter getting a whip to Peter and his friends getting beaten up by soldiers, it's like they think off two stupid ideas and try to fuse them into one episode.
They spent the entire plot well animating herpes and showing an actual picture of herpes rather than making an actual plot and jokes.
Mr. Enter: "Its takes six months to animate this sh*t! You spent six months showing people Herpes!"
To clarify just how bad the standards of FOX is when it comes to their animated sitcoms, the sushi scene from "The Isle of Dogs" took eight months to animate and a lot people say it's their favorite scene from the movie based on visuals alone; personally, I'd rather spend eight months watching a chef prepare sushi than spend six months looking at Herpes!
I really hate how in the beginning the soldiers started the fight, throwing the first punch after they asked to sit in the booth, and Joe decides to not be a cop.
Series Finale Idea: "Meg Kills Family Guy"
Meg discovers that she's part of a show, and goes on a mission to kill the writers.
Only episode of Family Guy worth watching.
And it ends with Meg being happy and sucessful while the rest of her family suffers their pathetic existence forever
@@ootfan7882 except the Early show that's actually funny and is a almost completely different show
@@darklordmaguire207 Yeah
So have Meg go full Deadpool?
Sounds awesome, like a parody of a Twilight Zone episode as well as Falling Down.
Y'know, if Brian was heavily reluctant, Stewie made Brian become Blood Brothers or die, Chris was not in this, and Stewie both made a cure (he's done less probable things before) and cured Brian after a good fistfight, it'd be less horrible.
Way less horrible.
This takes 6 months to animate... including a 5 month break.
I have to say that the "Bryan Cranston sneezes" cutaway might be my favorite cutaway of the show.
Kinda like how that MGM Lion joke was the funniest cutaway joke for me, despite it being from my least favorite episode.
As a soldier, what family guy is trying to send in terms of message is indeed malicious to all service members view since its creation...and we are looked even more worse at than civilians when our own commits crimes
Can I just mention that I really don't like the animation in this? It's just so stiff, and it breaks quite a few laws of animation.
Arcaden That's recent Family Guy for ya. They try to get away with as little motion as possible just to make episodes cheaper and pump them out faster.
Yeah, sometimes you can get away with subverting the laws of animation for comical effect, it's been part of their style for a while now. But other times it's clear they're just trying to cut corners.
Yes, I fucking despise the animation for this show now. That freaking arm raise they always do to e v e r y o n e..
I have never seen a greater hate than this guy's hate for Family Guy.
its beautiful
*Matt Stone and Trey Parker would like to know your location*
Mr Enter has Every right to hate this Awful Mean Spirited Show
It really has gone down hill.
And its not an overreaction at all. These Family Guy episodes could not be more abysmal or unpleasant.
Not only that but every since they brought brian back he's been a weird perverted version of his former self.
I call him Zombie Brian.
Even before he died, He was also Awful in Season 7.
I'm surprised Mr. Enter didn't complain about Meg's cigarette floating when Peter whipped her.
"You get better ideas from a word generator." Literally like the name childish gambino lol

Strolling Shishilan I vaguely recall at one point "bopping his Boppo" was turned into internet slang for jacking off XD Gotta' love 90s kids and their 'inside jokes'
I remember that episode.
This raises a question: why didn't stewie just use his time machine to reverse the error so he won't have herpes
That implies the writers think ahead
Also he destroyed the original time machine.
It doesn’t work like that
When Mr. Enter starts a video talking quickly, you know it's gonna get BAD.
Yeah it's the reason why I don't watch Family Guy any more, it's just so horrendous now.
George Snell Same!! Seasons 1-4 are actually pretty funny!
chayden153 Oh of course the classics are better because they actually gave a crap.
I love the song at the end. Hearing Tara Strong singing in character is simply sublime. ^-^
“We can’t have Brian fucking stewie, can we?”
Well I don’t think Stewie wouldn’t mind
Did anyone else notice the episode's title is a spoof of Herbie the Love Bug?
+SpongicX I didn't notice that until I saw this comment.
SpongicX NANI?
Ohhhhh! I get it now!
W e l p.
This makes me go back into my "Disney Should Never Buy Fox" phase. Unfortunately, it looks like they're doing just that.
To answer the question, it's because he don't want to admit he has an STD and will rather risk giving it to Stewie and Chris rather than admit it. It's really awful, but that's his motivation: Denial
so it's a little scary seeing how impressionable some people are when you look at the comment sections of family guy videos and see people who think it's funny or actually acknowledge how weird or fucked up something was only to immediately dismiss it and also there's the horrifying fact that there seems to be a huge fan base for the show that actually ship characters (like brain and stewie) and treat it as if it's any other show when it isnt..
I'm here before someone takes it down.
Captain Cold too late, already taken down
As am i roman

Captain Cold So far so good. 6 hours later and still up!
By the way, love the profile pic.
Captain Cold THE FLOOR IS LAVA GO TAILS
“And Then There Were Fewer” has like 2 or 3 cutaway jokes
Very interesting! Road to the Multiverse just has 1 cutaway at the beginning.
Compared to these episodes, that is a fucking blessing.
Isn’t Joe a police officer? Why didn't he just arrest those soldiers?
What happened to the "some viewers might find this disturbing" thing
Jude Robson I guess he thought people knew it by now
It's kind of a given
Because it made him looked autistic or something
Blake Blast 😤
Blake Blast Well.... This is awkward. I might have autism.
Being Herpes positive this episode made me really self conscious honestly
What about Brian's a bad father? THEY MAKE A FUCKING SUICIDE JOKE IN THAT EPISODE.
Audrey The Ausllyologist A lot of shows make suicide jokes. The suicide joke isn't what makes the episode bad, it's Brian using his son, and then redeeming him again when he doesn't deserve it.
Audrey The Ausllyologist While I'm not really bothered about offensive jokes, that joke was fucking depressing.
There's another episode that ends with Peter going to each of his kids' rooms & whispering "good night" to them while they're asleep until you see that Meg hung herself & the episode cuts to jolly credits after a lingering shot on her dangling feet.

Am I the only one who likes to think that this episode isn't canon?
No episode is cannon the show is noncannonical.
hassan khan Some episodes are actually cannon, seeing as they've had memories of past episodes (yuG ylimaF, for example).
and the fact that some characters have died and are dead for good.
This episode shouldn't exist at all.
Obviously infecting a baby with herpes is so messed up. However, mouth herpes isn't deadly, miserable, or rare. 90% of the population has it. That's why the cutaway gag has all of the people having herpes. But yeah, this episode sucks. And Brian's actions are inexcusable. Nice review!
That one Person That's kinda exaggerated. 90% of the Earth doesn't have herpes
+Carl Bloke
It is a bit exaggerated. However, the number is high. 67% of the world's population has herpies. That one Person was 23% off.
Ricky Williams how is that confirmed?
Carl Bloke Scientist spending years researching, collecting sample, calculating the growth of spread, and producing a very accurate percentage of the population.
This is an article from WHO. An extremely trusted and verified organization. See for yourself.

Ricky Williams I see now. I apologize. It's just that I hate that when people say that to justify what Brian did
Oh god, I miss the episodes from S1-2 where Peter & Brian actually had characters and felt like real people, unlike nowadays.
yay mr.enter I ran out of videos to watch until now
Rylee Betts You could always watch other channels, you know that, right?
Sometimes it's just a slow day in the subscription box. There are a lot of days where I just can't find anythingnto watch all day

Hey. Anyone remember that episode of Drawn Together where Clara and Foxy discovered a group of sadists based on the movie Hostel except instead of humans they tortured and executed annoying or hated cartoon characters (one being Scrappy Doo)?
Yeah, Brian would be one of the most popular choices if the episode came out today.
Stewie time travels back to save Brian and how does he repay him? He gives him fucking herpes!! This episode makes me wish Brian had remained dead!
Modern family guy now is basically the modern adult version of spongebob.
With one massive difference - Spongebob got better whereas Family Guy has been on a long decline.
Facts. I would even pay my Money for myself to see Captain Jake and Chitoge Kirisaki in a Dance Dance Revolution/Stepmania Challenge against Homelander and Queen Maeve where they're going to dance to Kick Back from Chainsaw Man. Imagine the people going nuts on this.
this episode of fg makes me want to watch an episode of ren and stimpy.
THE ADULT PARTY CARTOON
I think APC is not as bad as Bad Family Guy
APC is better than bad family guy because of this line:
“Psychologist?! Are you nuts? I’m a horse!”
I can't take any of the characters of Family Guy seriously. I used to in the 1st seasons because the writing was actually decent but...I don't know, I stopped watching Family Guy after "All Dogs Don't Go To Heaven".
Okay, let me be honest. I can handle watching the Splinter in Spongebob, I can handle watching Squidward getting his toe nail ripped off, I can handle watching Happy Tree Friends Tongue In Cheek. But I can't handle seeing the part where they show Brian's herpes, it makes me disgusted and makes me cringe. Heck, SMG4 Boys Vs Girls at least doesn't try to be gross and disgusting.
And for some reason he thinks it’s no big deal
Why do people try defend this show
Because they're fanboys who disrespect other ppl opinions
As a wise man once said, there's a sucker born every minute.

StupidCowboi right here after this episode I lost all respect for Brian and Seth
@Forrest Robles really wow
4:16 I thought the reason why Cleveland was still on The Cleveland Show after it was cancelled was because the Family Guy writers didn't want to rush Cleveland Brown's return. Strangely, the whole time Mike Henry, the voice actor for Cleveland, was always a starring voice actor on Family Guy since Season 5 and he was still there in seasons made during The Cleveland Show. Mom said it was because they didn't change the part of Mike Henry's contract that specified how he would be listed in the Family Guy credits. October 27, 2017, 8:56pm
Enter: There are least 2 more episodes where he's horrible.
Me: Oh no, Enter. No no no no no no no. There's actually *way* more than 2 episodes where Brian is *really* awful. Let's see, there's Not All Dogs Go To Heaven, Brian's A Bad Father, Play It Again, Brian, American Gigg-olo, Tiegs For Two, Scammed Yankees, Excellence In Broadcasting, Be Careful What You Fish For, The Blind Side, Petey IV, Brokeback Swanson, Leggo My Meg-O, The D In Apartment 23, Dog Bites Bear (even though he *kind of* redeemed himself in the end) Brian Griffin's House Of Payne, Brian's Got A Brand New Bag, Brian Writes A Bestseller, Brian The Closer, etc. So yeah. All of those episodes, including Herpe The Love Sore, show Brian at his worst, in my opinion.
Well, Brian's a Bad Father and Brian the Closer are probably the most infamous, and the ones Enter was thinking of.
So this was just deleted from UA-cam a little while ago by FOX, so I better watch this right now or I'll miss my oppo- (FOX takes down this video)
I have a feeling that these episodes were written without Seth's approval, because he's not in charge of the show anymore. And when you said that he should write something dramatic or sing more or do literally anything out of his comfort zone, he's actually doing all of that. Have you seen The Orville?
Another reason why Family Guy shouldn’t do real life issues cause even when they try to do the issue they stereotyped and caricature it instead of duplicating how it usually works!
Spongebob is improving while Family Guy is just getting worse.
No they both have been
Yes it is.
Does this mean Seasons 14-17? I haven't heard a word about those seasons by anyone
Spongebob is stealing quality from Family Guy
Yeah but know that The creater is dead Nick is now making A prequel Spongebob movie so it's probably gonna be crap again.
Good thing we know now, in general, herpes isn't actually a big deal. But since Family Guy writers don't know that, in the universe of the show it IS a horrible disease.
I love the family guy reviews that you make. I know how painful it is to watch these awful episodes, but I just love hearing you review them!
Fun Fact: when i first saw this episode, I was in the shower for the first few minutes and when I came out, my friend just told me "Brian gave Stewie Herpies" with no other context. So yeah
Please review the episode where Peter accidentally shoots Cleveland JR. The best part is when Lois beats Peter.
That's a good episode though it's one if the best modern episodes
Todd Ingram that’s a good review idea!
“Top 10 best modern day family guy episodes”!
Hey MrEnter, maybe to dodge FOX's bullshit copyright system, maybe you could have your editor maybe edit them? Seems like a good idea to me.
Quick! Let's watch this before it gets nailed for copyright!
Good thing this falls under Fair Use and copyright can't do shit.
It really is an achievement to make the B plot almost as fucking terrible as the A plot, which is one of the worst in ANY series
Kinda like Brian's a Bad Father;
A-Plot: Brian gets back into Dylan's life just to try to get his horrible writing ideas on air. And makes me wonder how the heck Brian has a human son.
B-Plot: The writers reveal just how callous they are towards su1cidal people by telling them the most effective ways to cut themselves after Peter shoots Quagmire.
When you cut to the scene with Peter holding the box, I'm not sure if you realized this but your review somehow completely matched up with the movement of Peter and Louis' lips.
About how much you hate the modern episodes starting off with the family watching TV, I think it's interesting that the very first episode of the show started off that way
Quite a few years ago:
Seth MacFarlane: "Okay, Family Guy, you're old now. You can go out on your own."
Family Guy leaves, only to come back bloody, disfigured, and pale.
Seth MacFarlane: "Looks good to me"
I know it’s not much but at least they didn’t have that stupid zoom
Wow! Even I was surprised by that.
Ok but that Brian Cranston joke was funny. Sadly the funniest part of the whole episode but still funny
Minds.com may be a good place to take refuge from the misused copyright system.

9:48 This is why I enjoy Road to the Multiverse and And Then There Were Fewer. Those were a couple of modern Family Guy episodes, but not Modern Family episodes, that knew what they were doing because the plot was well-focused enough to not have random cutaways for comic relief or filler purposes. May 28, 2019, 10:41pm
I enjoy how sarky and angry you are about this, thank you holding the same thoughts I had about this episode, and this show. I hope it does finally end.
Mr. Enter never reviewed "Brian's a Bad Father". NEVER.
SupremeMarioGamer Considering how hard it is for a Fox review to stay up, I don't really blame him.
I'm not saying he'll never review it. But He has been saying he'd do it for 2 years now. He clearly doesn't want to get round to it.
I believe he said he's definitely going to do it this year in one of his journal entries on deviant art from recently.
SupremeMarioGamer give it time he will review that and about 3 other Family Guy episodes
SupremeMarioGamer it's to bad to review... believe me, it's better to stay that way.
When it's a reupload yet you get excited anyway
I think what the show tried to make fun of is that soldiers are idealized, even if they're doing unspeakable things. No, not starting bar fights - crimes, actual war crimes. The name Afganistan wasn't there by accident, y'know? Let's just say that USA is amazing at profiting from wars and has to keep making excuses to warmonger. And for that they need to turn their soldiers into superheroes who "Protect your freedom and are an example to your chilldren". All that for the public to support their military, also hiding from the public all the negatives of military.
So, no kids. Your grandpapa wasn't a war hero who died for your freedom killing evil terrorists. He was a poor pawn in a huge Buisness plan of a Nation obsessed with war, Shooting civilians of a country that has nothing to do with US and died an unnesescary death among his own crimes, for someone else's money.
I like to show support by watching the new stuff even the re-uploads. Keep doing it, it's amazing
