Finally got a chance to watch this. Thank you for reviewing it Andrea Jean. One thing with this is, it is fairly loud on vacuum. But when my brother is gone and I'm doing the floor, I don't really care too much. Another thing us old farts may want to do is, if you have any arthritis in the hand, you may want to get one of those short luggage tag straps and put it around the handle to keep the trigger pulled in for the steam. Sometimes the hand may tire from trying to hold it in. Other than that, I love this thing, have had it about a week now, so much better than lugging around a bucket of water and the mop after you've vacuumed. For us older people, that saves a lot of time and energy. Thanks again. :) 🌹
I bought this from a goodwill and until yesterday I didn’t have the correct mop head on it😂 after adding this one it’s a world of difference! Especially having all wood floors! Such a hassle keeping them clean all the time!
I had been looking for a steam mop, and had almost pulled the trigger on a different Powerfresh Bissell or a Shark. I saw you talk about this in another video, and sought this video out to see about it. Game. Changer. Is it the best mop? Nope. Is it a really good mop - yep. The part I like, is it's A VACUUM AND A STEAM MOP!!!! My floors are filthy - I am an admittedly horrible housekeeper (especially floors) because I hate to vacuum and mop. BUT being able to do my very large kitchen, utility room, bath rooms and a few (sealed) wood floors I have with only one pass of a vac and steam mop is a GAME CHANGER. My boys (4) are all grown (the last went off to college last fall), so I now have much more time to take care of the house (and it'll actually stay clean). I have been looking for a decent solution to my floor issue - and I have found it. I do have to tell you, after doing my kitchen floor, the scrubby pad was dark grey. The entire pad was as grey as the lines in the scrubby pad. It'll never be white again. Once I get to doing ALL the floors completely for the first time with this, I'll have to invest in more of the pads (I bought some cheap knockoffs off Amazon - I'm not sure they'll be that great...). I just ordered some of the fragrant discs and the fragrant cleaner from Bissell. I'm excited to try those. Thank you for posting this video and the recommendation!
I have one of these. I love the vacuum part. My apartment is tiny (600 sq ft) and I have cats. I vacuum every day because I have dark laminate floors. I'm a senior citizen and the weight of this is great. But I'm not totally sold on the steamer. It tends to leave streaks on my dark floor. I still use it because I want my floors as clean as possible without chemicals because of the cats. It is very easy to use!
I just love this mop/vac. I have real hard wood or porcelain through out my house and throw rugs and it is very very convenient. Oh mine is a floor washer not a steamer has a brush that scrubs then it sucks it up. I can also wash small area rugs. But either way nice and clean and sanitized which we need in these days of disease. Also mine has a tray when your done you put water in the tray turn on another button and it cleans the washer head and it cleans it good.
This was the best review ever! Thank you so much. I'm going to purchase this mop for my mom since she's getting up there in age and its getting hard for her to clean her floors.
I live in a studio w/ a basic dirt devil & small shark steam mop but I would Really like to purchase this one. It seems like a great deal for the functions and Trusted brand. I found it on Amazon for $150.
I just got this and looking forward to using it. One question- it had a picture near the filter that said to soak the filter in water and dry in the sun for 24 hrs before using. Did you do that before using? Thx
I have a small carpet and I wouldn't like to buy another vacuum just to clean that. Is it fine if I just go over it without using the steam button? Or does it get hot anyways and can burn the carpet? Thanks!
We just got ours today. My husband yanked the handle straight up. Now it won’t go back down. How can I lower the handle if I want to for storage? Is there a control somewhere? I do hope someone knows the answer. Thank you.
I guess you could try a little & see how it goes as I’m the same. Love vinegar to clean with especially with a miniature schnauzer that is getting old. Maybe try ordinary vinegar first??. 😍🇦🇺
Just did a search about vinegar in a steam mop & it’s all good to use except fir timber floors as it will take the polish off. It’s also fine to use a little lemon juice too. With any other fragrance just put the essential oil onto the microfibre pad just in case. 🥰
I heard Bissell will give to Animal Shelters. I am for this all the way. I am a big Animal lover and support ❤ do volunteer work for Animal Shelters. Joan Bates

Would you recommend this if your entire house is floor tiles? Is it quick enough? Also can this do carpets?
Thank you so much for the explanation all details 🙏
My pleasure 😊
Love it! Thank you for the EXCELLENT video. From your one Male subscriber - Jake.
Uhhhhh, you're not the only male subscriber Jake. LOL

I did not…

What if there’s still water left in the tank? Do I need to empty it?
That's what no one seems to be able or willing to answer 😒
No you don’t if you don’t push one of the steam options. Just leave it on vacuum only
We just got ours today. My husband yanked the handle straight up. Now it won’t go back down. How can I lower the handle if I want to for storage? Is there a control somewhere? I do hope someone knows the answer. Thank you.

I have not tried......

Hello what's the temperature of the steam?
My apartment has indoor outdoor carpeting (I know right!?!). Will this work for me?
I would suggest the pet revolution instead for that.
@@AndreaJean Thank you for your advice.
how will this unit work on laminated flooring, that cant take too much water?
Do you have any recommendations for a wall to ceiling steam cleaner?
Yes!! I have a video coming soon on it 👍
Y can u not wash it with bleach pr fabric softener

Very helpful. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
Bissell makes great products.
Does it push easy..I had one that was hard to push..I have back problems.. so needless to say I don't use my mop.. its not this model
Hello is it any good on carpet floor? Thanks
No, it is not for carpets.
Is that a hepa filter?
Does it really vacuum while you are steaming or you cant do it at the same time?
I remove the tank and tried to put it back on its jam horrible
🤦♀️stupid question 🙋♀️ can you use it to just vacuum but on carpet? Just like touch up not major vacuuming.
I am wondering that too. I am also wondering if you can use the steam function to disinfect the carpet.
Remove the pad and it seems to clean low pile carpet OK. I use it in a pinch or occasionally but would not rely on it routinely.
You can
I have one and I vacuum everything with it lol
I love it too
Can you use this on wood floors?
No
nice video, you have a nice voice
Thank you so much 🙂
I'm not able to get in the corners or around my toilet or behind it. Very frustrating.
Too bad they don’t have one with different size head!
Omg! I’m going to get one.
Hey I just met you and I already love you
Can we use on unsealed hardwood floors? And also without the filtered water?
Nope
You can use it to vacuum on the hardwood floors if the steam option isn’t pressed on.
Can this be used on real wood floors?
Yes, but only if sealed.
Help! Mine won’t steam
Contact Bissell 👍
I looked on the Walmart website and I need to know what the model you have?
the model number is 2747A
Which model is this one
Too bad I can’t use steam on my laminate floors
Hoover steam mop is so much better!
So glad you like your choice 👍
Either you talk way too fast or you speed your videos up to make them shorter. But the review was good.
You can use a few drops of essential oils to make your room smell good
It’s loud
