What is the rationale about the 5 ml of air??

Because the tip of the syringe is long and will have fluid if you don't aspirate air into the syringe before administering meds. The extra air will push the meds all into the NG tube

Memang boleh ya bagi 30ml water untuk flush? 30ml tak terlalu banyak kah?

I thought is 10ml but 30ml seems excessive.
