I'm late to the video here but there is a purpose to putting the paw on his sword. Thundertron is a pirate, and clasically pirates carried short swords of various types usually just called hangers. What they all had in common though was usually a short length, a slight to weak curve, and a hand guard that went from crossguard to pommel sometimes extending into a full basket or shell. The paw creates a basket handguard for his saber.
PEGLEG BLOOSH! Great review man, and congrats on being one of the earliest reviews! Thundertron looks so good. I love the navy blue with the white, and he looks like a wicked pirate. Everything I'm seeing from United makes it look like one of the best Transformers lines so far!

I can't believe they really updated this character despite only appearing a couple of times in a few books and stuff cause it looks fantastic! Great review once again!!!
The plastic quality on this guy is GREAT, I was expecting the kind of weak ish feeling material they usually use on deluxes considering this guy is basically just a concept character, but they went all out on him, the plastic feels on level with leaders and the paint is beautiful, hopefully Hasbro can keep this up for the whole year
Emgo is a funny guy with a sense of humor that often makes me smile, but I've never laughed out loud until we got a peg-legged BLOOSH! This is an instant classic.
As soon as I saw this guy in the spoilers I was blown away. Thundertron was my favorite figure from the Prime BH toyline. So nice to have another figure of him, but god I wish they could've kept his claw shoulders.

I really Love how this figure is a cross between a transformer, a Voltron lion and a thunder cat all rolled into one. Epic awesome. He looks really nice with my other transformers too. Fits in perfectly. I can't wait to see him in some upcoming episodes or films.❤
All these 2024 figures have been the best figures to come out in a while. Also I haven’t seen anyone talk about the extra tabs on the shoulders. Hopefully he’s compatible with future figures
I missed out on the first Thundertron figure in the 2010's due to my limited budget and unemployment. Now I'm tempted to want this new Thundertron if or when I see him. I can imagine this guy getting an Alpha Trion repaint. If that does happen, let us all scream "YOUNG WARRIOR."
So i just got this guy. As cool as he is i really wish his hind legs had a locking tab for beast mode like voyager silverbolt has. Makes the alt mode feel more put together and cohesive. Its unfortunate because otherwise i like the figure.
It sucks that Hasbro can't used the Star-Seekers pirates in senson 3 of Transformers Prime they move to dragon of the Predacons instead at least some books help with Prime lores help but that toy look so cool.
What I would love to see but probebly wont ever happen is a transformers prime predaking figure in modern times maybe in a similar style to these figures.

That was an epic end skit!! The best parts were Thundertron's pirate dialog and Prime's stamp collecting.
