John and Andy-Some people just click. If their Besties, great. John has been a life long bachelor so I could see why they asked the question. It shouldn’t upset him though. It is what it is. Just say no we’re friends and keep it moving
I think if anything were to ever happen in a certain way, Andy would make the first move. He has kissed John on the cheek and said he would have babies with John if he could. John was weirded out by the statement. I think John's comfortable in his own skin, that's why he can pose behind Andy with his hands around his waist. I'm not gonna put something on somebody that they know in their heart of hearts isn't true but I would NOT be surprised if they've at the very least seen each other naked.

Hey, it happens all the time, when a gay friend may test boundaries (and maybe in the reverse). It surprisingly happened to me after years of being friends with a gay former co-worker, who I supervised: "Once again (after many years passed), thanks but no thanks. Try that again, and I swear that I'll break your arm." Fine ever since!
The question wasn't distasteful and it's *not* all about orientation. Guys will be guys; gay, str8, yellow, purple, green or polka-dotted. Men being men will try their damnedest to get into evidently pretty much anybody. 😕
