The pcb is close to the casing and the components packed on right to the edge. Do not cut open with a dremel, they are easily pried apart with a fine screwdriver if really needed. However the battery is easily charged with a cheap Apple watch (or electric tooth brush) wireless charger. In the case of the watch charger, its just £4.
It's very destructive to cut the case open with a dermal it will come open by gently pulling the case apart with a small screwdriver. Prying the battery with a screwdriver is dangerous tracers could be ripped on the logic board. The correct way to do this would be to add a little bit of flux and low-melt solder to the joints. Once low-melt solder is added you can remove the solder at a lower temp with some wick and then pull the battery out. After cleaning the logic board with some IPA insert the new battery legs through the logic board and add a bit more flux to the legs to help the flow of the solder and solder in the new battery then clean any flux residue again with some IPA and put it back together.
Cr2032 battery is non-rechargable it should NOT be recharged. Each time the key is inserted into the ignition switch the van or car will charge the battery. Get the correct battery.

I tried prying mine open for 10 mins with no luck so far
This press type is the safe and you cannot open it without cutting it.

You dont need to glue new case, it clicks together. But it would be better to glue it so it is waterproof.
