I'm certainly no expert, but depends a fair bit on your price range. Something like a Taylor, Martin, Yamaha (or possibly my personal favourite as an Aussie - Maton)!
Practice until you get the hang of it! It's much easier and sounds better if you mute the strings you're not playing. You do this by kind of resting your finger on those strings ("x" in the chord shapes). The guy in the video does it too! You can see it right away on the first chord when he plays Fmaj7 where he's resting his thumb on the E and A string :)

@@thejzztrumpet its just normal standard tuning. EADGBE; once you add the capo it should sound like it without the capo you will most likely need to use barr chords if im chords

The song is in standard tuning (EADGBE), so if you use a tuning app that should get you in the right tuning!
Have you maybe forgotten the capo?
