Hello 😀 thank you for doing this 🙏🏻 I really appreciate it. I turned 14 in March 2023 and I recorded ‘The Joker And The Queen’ and the video clip about my changing voice back in August 2023. I’m 15 now 🤗 and I hope it’s ok to say here that I recorded a podcast called ‘One Boy Two Voices’ with Professor Martin Ashley, a leading voice change expert, about my changing voice and what it all felt like, in my mission to try and support other young boys who sing too 😊 thank you very much again 🎶🎶

👍👍👍 You're being very modest about your achievements, Cormac, but then there's just not enough space in the comments to add your whole CV. 😉😉

Cormac is exceptional, I've been listening to his songs for years and his musical evolution has been brilliant, despite the difficulties! I think his way of approaching music is linked to the music itself, it's fantastic

Wonderfully informative and it’s wonderful that he speaks about Cormac’s voice n such a unique manner that lets Cormac’s followers understand the beauty of it and where it might go! Wherever it does go, it will be spectacular!
Thank you so much to an incredible coach

Thank you for helping Cormac in his mission to support other boys. I'm just finishing a paper which is all about boys who aren't supported! I cannot believe that after all the centuries boys have been singing there's still so much ignorance. You'd be horrified by what goes on in some choirs. Cormac's work is so needed and your excellent analysis (I agree with pretty much every word!) needs to be widely shared. I have the privilege of knowing Cormac. He's definitely one of the good guys for all the reasons you identify.

I've become a Cormac's fan since I found him on UA-cam. And now, because of him, I've subscribed to your channel. Cormac sings with sould and passion. It's always nice to see expert people confirming what we, mere mortals, already had as impressions and suppositions.

Thank you so much for this excellent analysis! I’m part of Cormac’s team for his podcast (and also a singer). I really appreciate your clarity and advocacy for boys changing voices. There is still so much ignorance, but with steady work from singers like yourself and Cormac we are slowly turning the ship around!
I totally agree with your comment that Cormac energises all his vowels and consonants to great effect. So true.
Warmest greetings from Scotland and thank you once again for sharing your expertise and for your encouraging words.

Cormac, I am so very proud of your voice always and ever. You can never fool me. I really love this interview. However, I disagree with some of this. This only explains more to me about your voice. Remember you can not fool me. I love your voice no matter what it is. But, I still here treble as well. It is inside you. You amaze me every time that you sing not matter what level. You was born to sing. That is pure and simple. I have no idea what you will come up with next, but, I can assure you and your entire repertoire will love your voice. Cormac, I must listen to you daily when ever my times allows. Today is one for sure. The very purist voice from the Heart always. I am a very Avid Fan and always will be. I just love your singing since the first day that I found you. Please never give this most outstanding voice up for us fans and more. I would not know what to do with myself today without it. Thanks and way over bravo and a zillion times. Your Fan, Brad

Info: Cormac turned 15 in March this year.
As a tenor, Cormac developed a very special, soft, very pleasent "overtone" during his tenor years. In my ears, it has developed further during his voice change, almost like a soft whisper on top of his singing voice. This is what I hear when I listen to Cormac’s beautiful songs.
Thank you for sharing this comprehensive analysis of Cormac’s beautiful singing🙏. I hope it will be an inspiration for young boys to keep singing as they grow, allong with all Cormac’s shorts and podcasts.

This kind of noye~by~note analysis is new to me. ~like the instant replay of a team ball game. Johan, I hope he is good with this. He might take offense, tho you never meant it. At HIS age, you and I might wither under this kind of scrutiny.
