First thing I’d look at when it comes to this model is the text. Not a very complex model but we managed to find enough tells. In this comparison, I’d like to point the fact that the text on the fakes is
STITCHING

I couldn’t find any major flaws regarding the text on the box but fakes come with damaged boxes all the time, so keep an eye out for that as well.
PACKAGING
Wrapping paper says “BARENCIAGA” so don’t forget to check that as well.
STRUCTURE
Because the fakes use thinner materials, they have a weaker structure with a looser build. same projected line translated on the fakes I will also use the photo from the heel bump comparison to highlight a banana-shaped fake.
INSOLE
Highlighted letters are different Print is definitely sharper on authentics, while on fakes letters seem to have round corners Spacing between digits is slightly different (look at the space between 4 and 3 and then at the space between 4 and 5)

How about the confort when wearing them and walking, is there a significant difference in term of confort between the real and the fake one ?

I haven't worn them both. But I guess there is a difference for sure. What I can say from others feedback is that durability is much stronger in the original. The fakes create wrinkles very fast and get torn off sooner.
