I bought a pair online, does anyone have made in spain on the tong inside the shoe. My insole doesn't have Paris only balenciaga on top and on the bottom balenciaga Paris. Can someone help me out?
Not sure if these were re-released, but I purchased the Blue Suede Christmas Edition a couple years ago (I think 2015, can't exactly recall), from the Balenciaga Boutique in Rome. The insoles are black, and the laces are black as well with the lace lock being a matching black. Again, not sure if they re-released them again with different details, but the insoles and laces are not a tell-tale sign that they are fake or authentic.

I'd say go to the store and try them on if you can. A size down is normally fine for me but others have mentioned needing to go 2 sizes down so it varies from person to person.
If you get lowtop arena's you will get the same dustbag as with the runners.
