Lol it can be a tad bit confusing.
It's a corporate coven; a cult. Where they groom, abuse and hand them sign away the control of their souls to the entity they worship called AKA. They do rituals every week to bound them, spiritually. They are used in the chess board of the corporate world.

Hi, thank you for the video it was very insightful especially for those who did not know much about greek life. I am interested in joining a sorority and I actually went out for it this past semester but i was not chosen; my question for you is what advice wold you give to someone who has been through the formal rush a first time going into for a second time?
Hi Nywanna! What I would suggest is for you to try to continue to show interest by doing small things like attending hosted events and actively participate in what's going on. One of the biggest reasons for not being chosen is that we don't "know" you .. if that makes sense. Are you involved in any other orgs? Currently in any leadership positions? If not, try to dress that part of yourself up while still showing interest. Also, remember that there are always graduate chapters. Thanks you so much for watching, hun! Wish you lots of luck!
Right now I am apart of our campus' gospel choir as well the black student association. A friend and I had a program for teen girls at the boys and girls club for a while but schedules got in the way, so now we are working on revamping it but other than that I tend to work a lot. Thank you for the advice and I will definitely take everything into consideration when looking for more orgs to be apart of.

I'm in a sorority and I have a member of my colony that's always to busy for community service how can I address the issue with hurting her feeling or rubbing her the wrong way? By the way I really enjoyed the video
Seeeeee, I don't know if I'm the best person for this kind of question lol. I believe in tough love. We ALL signed up for the same thing and at the end of the day, community service is a big part of most organizations. But in effort of being nice maybe you should just directly approach her one-on-one and ask if there is a particular reason why she can't attend? You could even suggest that she take the initiative to plan a service event around her schedule so it's not a conflict for sure. Check your chapter bylaws, maybe consider bringing an amendment to the body that states that in order to be active you MUST participate in a certain amount of community service events otherwise, you'll have (xyz) penalty until you're in compliance. What do they mean when they say what can you bring to the sorority? what does the sorority look for?
+Arnisha Baker what skills do you have? Are you good at planning events? Are you a people person? Are you good with kids? Do you organize well? Work well in intense situations? Are you good with social media? Writing? Taking pictures? Good grades (orgs get awards for cumulative high grades and penalized with bad GPAs) ... pretty much the same as a job. What makes YOU better than anyone else for the job of becoming a member of the org.

Yes. Written out, they're always supposed to finish with "incorporated" (doesn't always happen) .. so some say it to match.

Overall I'm going to say yes. Now, there will be times where you'll have to change some things around (may have to cut some hours here and there) to be accommodating but overall you should be able to work it out.
