Hey Sam! I have been watching you since the beginning! Before you announced your pregnancy with Pheonix "Mr. Pheonix" and everything in between! All of your moves life changes and beautiful growing family! I was so sad when you left and was over the moon when y'all came back! I just wanted to thank you because even though you don't know who I am, you have been a part of my life for 4 years!! I feel like you have taught me how to be an amazing mother and better wife. You did it without anyone's help and I can say you are one of the best mothers I know! My husband and I are going to start trying soon and I'm glad you have shared the tips and tricks of being a mommy! Excited for what the future holds for y'all! You guys have come a long way and I'm so happy for you guys! Love from Texas, The Lanes!
Another great benefit of breast feeding is that it decreases the woman's chance of breast cancer. Now I don't remember the exact statistical number of how much it decreases it but I've read that research shows it does. That's pretty cool!
Hi, Sam! Great video! I have four kids ( ages 5, 4, 2 and 5 months) and have breastfed all of them. I have used breast milk in all of the ways you described. I have also used it when the older ones, that no longer drink breast milk, are sick. I just pump extra milk and give it to them at bedtime and breakfast and it totally gives them that immunity boost to get over their illness.
Love this! I'm breastfeeding my little one and have tried several of those tips and they work! You can also use breast milk if you or your husband get pink eye. Both my husband and I had a bought of pink eye and used my milk and it cleared it right up. We just applied some in our tear duct with a qtip several times a day. Breast milk is full of concentrated natural antibiotics your body produces and is perfect for a lot of ailments. I'm so happy that you are a breastfeeding advocate. It makes my heart happy!
The breast milk in the eye works 100%! My son had a gungy eye when he was a newborn and when the midwife came round to my house to check on us both she put some of my breast in his eye there and then and bam! It's totally disappeared!! xx
I love that you make videos this! I'm a huge breast feeding advocate and it makes me so happy to see great info being shared on here! You're a great influence. Keep it up!
I breastfed my four children, best thing I ever did for them...and me! I am going to,be a Grandmother (!) for the first time in July and would love to support my daughter-in-law IF she wants to breastfeed. And who knew it worked on pinkeye!! I love you Sam❤️ God bless you and your family
Its totally just a blocked tear duct, completely normal.. I used bm for it too, cleared up in less than a week! Try freezing it in an ice cube tray so that you can just pop a piece out and rub it on watever you need. Awesome vid.
Sam you're my favorite youtuber because even though I'm only 21 and do not have kids I still feel like I can relate to your videos and you just seem so down to earth!
Thank you for this video lovely. My little munchkin wouldn't latch but I pumped for 4 months and was obsessed with the different uses of breast milk. It's gold in liquid form. If your baby has a cold or runny nose you can rub breast milk on their nose and it will help their cold. Helps with cradle cap A midwife told me that if you were breast feeding and someone sneezed or had a cold near you your body automatically creates the antibodies for give to your baby in the milk so it's like medicine That's all I can think of for now Love ya Sophia (lichfield UK) xx
I heard that it is really good for acne, I have not really tried it, but would be worth a try? I mainly used it for just feeding my baby, but she is almost never sick, she has the most amazing immune system even though I have not been feeding her for a year! Breastmilk builds the most amazing immune system ever!
AWESOME video! I have been a Mommy for almost 20 years and I have used my breast milk for so many things as well! It really helps with eczema as well xoxo
Conjuctivitis? It is the inflammation of the inner eyelid! :) I guess that is what you wanted to say. I am not a mum yet, but I am a midwife, and I love this video!
Hey Sam My lovely little sister is pregnant, and is due in 12 days! So exited! I really loved your tips, and i will definitely pass them on to here:) And will try them my self;) So thank you very much, great video. Love from Merrit, in Denmark
You are so freaking AWESOME Sam!!! Kudo's for this video and I didn't realize it healed so many different area's. I knew it was good for some but never thought of the rest. Absolutely love your whole family
Great video. Quite helpful. Wish this was up this past Mon. I my 2 week old daughter just saw her Dr Tues and I pointed out to him her crusty eye. He said it was very common in newborns, its clogged tear ducts that to need to rupture. We just spent $100 on eye drops for her, I sure would have rather tried this trick first.
People who get grossed out by breast milk have never actually nursed or produced bm. It's totally awesome, super cool stuff coming out of you for nourishing your baby- what could be more awesome than that! And the eye thing, totally works 100% faster than any mess out there!
I am from Germany and here, everything you Said, is highly recommended by the Hospital, when you gave birth, midwife, pediatrician. It is totally normal and Common here.
After giving birth, i had super dry skin that led to psoriasis. I applied BM and it all went away.. I so agree with everything you said! I love your videos.
I've heard that breastmilk is also great for ear infections! My little girl hasn't had one, so I haven't had the chance to try it, but I know ppl who have, and they say it works great! Use a dropper of expressed milk to the infected ear(s).
Well durn, i just stopped nursing my child so no milkie left! But i breastfed her til a month shy of her THIRD Birthday. Yes I did! Go Boobies! Great video.
Thank you so much for the tips. My 3 month old son keeps getting diaper rash almost every day n I tried so many cream. I'm gonna try putting my milk tomorrow when he wakes up. I'm going to try it on my face too. Since I had him I get itchy bumps on my cheeks. I hope it works. 😊
Love all these uses for breastmilk. BTW, the World Health Organization recommends breastfeeding for at least TWO years. Eva is 2 in October so I'm almost there, and I'm 26 weeks pregnant and will tandem nurse them both for as long as they want. There are so many health benefits for the babies and for you to breastfeed.
Don't know why I'm watching this since it doesn't pertain to me, but I don't miss any new vid you upload haha. You are beautiful Sam! Oh, and hi Bella! :)
I seriously LOLed when you said you wouldn't blast them in the eye with breastmilk. Great tips Sam! I've tried bm in my son's eye before and it worked wonders to get rid of the gunk.
Very interesting! I am 14 weeks pregnant with my second child. My first and only child is almost 8 now, so I feel like I am a "new" mom again because it's been such a long time since I had my first. I wasn't able to breastfeed my first because he was a NICU baby and the nurses weren't very accommodating. Basically, he was being tube fed milk I had pumped, but one day during shift change (when they kick all parents out of the NICU) a nurse decided to bottle feed him. After that, I never could get him to latch on. I'm hoping I will have better success this time around!
Hiya, I'm from uk and a nurse and that's really shocking. Here we say breast is best, so we encourage mums especially premies to pump as much as they can and we store it for the baby. I really hope all go well this time, may god bless u with a happy healthy pregnancy and baby. Best wishes.x.
My fiancé recently had conjunctivitis and used a prescription to clear it up. At one point during that time it seemed like I was starting to get it, so I put a few drops of my Milk in my eyes a couple times through the day and the little but of red itchiness I had completely went away! I've also used it instead of saline for my kids stuffy noses!
My baby is due in a few weeks and I will be breast feeding if all goes to plan so found this video so useful! Thank you! Your pregnancy/new mommy videos are brilliant xxx
Great video for new moms especially. I am giving my second child a breastmilk too, however, since he started teething at 6 months I have to pump all the time, he's almost 7 months so around 9 months have stop pumping, as a full time working mom its been a challenge. But I am happy that I was able to give him breastmilk even if it's for 9 months
I've asked this before but you should do a "Mommy Tips" video, kinda like your "10 Tips For Pregnant Women" video! I have a 6 month old and I LOVE hearing tips and tricks from people! :)
Great video Sam. I'm a breast feeding Mummy and in my part of the UK only 13% of mothers breast feed! A female member of my family called breast feeding disgusting! Crazy huh?
i breastfed all of my children, the last one for 2 years. i didn't know all of these uses, i wish i did. my kids are 14, 22, 24 so its a little late for me now. oh well, grandkids! i wish i knew why people are so grossed out about breastmilk. they sure don't have a problem chugging cow milk or watching kids eat milk and cereal on cereal commercials. i do often wonder though, who was the first person to look at a cow udder and think " i bet that's good to drink" lol. good job sam.
There is one more use I know - it's when your baby has got cold and the nose is running, you can drop some breastmilk in the nose. It does work. You should do more videos like this and share your experience! :)
Thanks so much for these tips. I'm breastfeeding and my baby just developed a weird rash on her forehead that is itching her. I'm definitely going to try putting breast milk on it. I think she might have a sun burn, from the sunlight on her face in the car of all things. Crazy!! If it works you can add sunburn relief to your list :)
I have a friend who breast fed for two to four years each of her boys. The boys never get sick. I mean never. I use to keep her youngest son from the time he was 3 to 6 in those three years my girls had strep, flu and other illnesses and Josh never caught anything. Breast feed as long as you want. It really is the best thing you can do for your child. My girls weaned themselves about 18 months I would have nursed until they were two.
I just want to point out that correlation is not causation. His health may be the effect of breast milk, or it could be genetics, or that the child is exposed to a lot of things that his immune system reacted quickly too, or pretty much anything. Just food for thought
I wasn't breastfeed and I never get sick but my brother who was always gets sick. A child never gets sick based on their immune system. As a paediatric doctor I know a lot of my patients who always get sick we're breastfeed so there is no real truth of improved health past 2 as a result of breastfeeding. By all means I support breastfeeding I breastfed both my kids until they were 2.
My mom breast fed me when I was a baby and said I got sick less than my older sister did, whom was bottle fed. When I'm out of high school, married and have kids; I will def breast feed
Awesome!! If people kept an open mind they would realize, cows milk is also breast milk, and you drink that!!! Breast milk is awesome!!! Why not? I would rather use that then some of the products where you have no clue what's in them :)
Here's some super helpful uses for breast milk... it's not just for feeding your babies ladies!! Hope this helps! Don't forget to thumbs up and share if you found this helpful! Thank you! xx
Thank you for uploading this video, I know a lot of people get discusted by breastmilk but it works wonders, I also use it as a deep condtioner for my hair it leaves it nice and soft... for anyone thats interested in trying it.. :)
Is great for baby hiccups... I tried with baby bottles, water in straw anything worked but a drink of breast milk (directly from the breast of course) and worked EVERYTIME!!
Hi Sam, brilliant video, so informative :) I hope you don't mind me asking, but how long do you think you will go on breast feeding for? Lots of love from the UK :) xx
Ezra and Fiona both had clogged eye ducts, and the breast milk totally does work! lol I was laughing when you said "grossy josie!"- one of the funniest movies! also, my husband was just dying sitting next to me, just laughing listening to this video all about boobie milk! hahaha! I totally need to try that diaper rash technique! I swear our boobs are GOLD! lol xo
I could see at 3 or 5 if people were saying you were still breastfeeding but I think those people just don't understand the physical and mental and educational benefits of breastfeeding on the baby and mom.
Conjunctivitis is pink eye 😉 we used BM for it a lot with my oldest. Haven't needed to with the baby. I also supply eye drops for my aunts boyfriend lol

Thank you so much!!! Love hearing that people have watched for so long ;) I appreciate it! xx
Breast milk rocks! I have used in on cuts and eye stuff. I am so glad that you are helping educate women!
'You're not going to blast them right in the eyeball!' Oh Sam, you never fail to crack me up!
Thank you for this video lovely. My little munchkin wouldn't latch but I pumped for 4 months and was obsessed with the different uses of breast milk. It's gold in liquid form.

I truly believe in what you said... Breast milk is really amazing.. agree!
I always used breast milk on rashes!!! It works better than anything else.. Even on eczema!!!

My third baby is due in July and these are great tips. Thanks so much!
It works so great on cracked nipples. It was a life saver for me when I was first nursing.
Me too!!!
This is so great! I'm having a baby in a few months, no one ever talks about this stuff! Thanks
I love that you are so open about breastfeeding!
After giving birth, i had super dry skin that led to psoriasis. I applied BM and it all went away.. I so agree with everything you said! I love your videos.
I was told by a breastfeeding team in hospital to rub the milk into nipples when you have cracked nipples it works brilliantly
I've heard that breastmilk is also great for ear infections! My little girl hasn't had one, so I haven't had the chance to try it, but I know ppl who have, and they say it works great! Use a dropper of expressed milk to the infected ear(s).

Seriously breast milk is amazing!! I never knew how much I would love breastfeeding 7 months strong with no end in site!

This makes a ton of sense.. I don't know why some people are over reacting does it make more sense to use fake chemicals for all of these necessities?
Don't know why I'm watching this since it doesn't pertain to me, but I don't miss any new vid you upload haha. You are beautiful Sam! Oh, and hi Bella! :)
I seriously LOLed when you said you wouldn't blast them in the eye with breastmilk. Great tips Sam! I've tried bm in my son's eye before and it worked wonders to get rid of the gunk.
My son has been in the hospital since Sunday and breast milk has saved his life :) the antibodies helped him fight off his infection.
My son had the blocked tear duct issue too... And breast milk was the best cure! Such a great video!! :)
Very interesting! I am 14 weeks pregnant with my second child. My first and only child is almost 8 now, so I feel like I am a "new" mom again because it's been such a long time since I had my first. This was very interesting. Im a new mom and one i just learned breastmilk is helpful for sunburn.
genius! this is exactly what i needed! my poor baby has a diaper rash and nothing is working on it
Yay for number 3!!!! My first baby use to get the most horrible rashes ALL THE TIME! The only thing that ever worked was breast milk! Great video!
your personality is just so real and human and beautiful! congratulations on your lovely family
you are nice and beautiful !! I'm getting married soon, so I find your videos so helpful.

This is such an awesome video. I had no idea how many uses there are for breats milk. Thanks for making this video Sam!
Crazy huh?
You should do a vlog on tips for weaning babies! I know back in the day I could have used some tips for that.
i breastfed all of my children, the last one for 2 years. i didn't know all of these uses, i wish i did. my kids are 14, 22, 24 so its a little late for me now. oh well, grandkids! i wish i knew why people are so grossed out about breastmilk. they sure don't have a problem chugging cow milk or watching kids eat milk and cereal on cereal commercials. i do often wonder though, who was the first person to look at a cow udder and think " i bet that's good to drink" lol. good job sam.

Hi Sam, you are so right about it being easier to breast feed. I preferred it over bottle feeding especially at night. Thanks for the tips.
I have a friend who breast fed for two to four years each of her boys. The boys never get sick. I mean never. I use to keep her youngest son from the time he was 3 to 6 in those three years my girls had strep, flu and other illnesses and Josh never caught anything. Breast feed as long as you want. It's so true! Phoenix and Lily hardly ever get sick ;) xxx
So is that just a snack at that age? Cause I assume they are eating solids too. Is that still a meal for a 4 yr old?
I just want to point out that correlation is not causation. His health may be the effect of breast milk, or it could be genetics, or that the child is exposed to a lot of things that his immune system reacted quickly too, or pretty much anything. Just food for thought

Hi sam! Just wondering, what kind of camera do you use for filming?? :)
Hi Sam. Are you still feeding Phoenix and Lily? Good job! xx
The breast milk in the eye thing is true I do that for my baby even if they're just red! It works
I think it's plugged tear ducts! I did the same thing and it went away in one day (twice)! Hooray for breast milk!
im a 1st time mom and your videos are so helpful!
Another great use of breastmilk is if their noses stuffy or he has boogies, rubbing a liitle bit of milk inside their nose helps with dryness
Your skin looks FAB, what base are you wearing? Great video xo Melissa
Thank you!! It's Revlon Colorstay :) xx
It really does clear up that newborn rash! I used it with my son too!
"Eye thing" calls blocked tear duct :)
I used my breastmilk on my baby's pretty severe eczema. Totally worked!
Hi Sam, brilliant video, so informative :) I hope you don't mind me asking, but how long do you think you will go on breast feeding for? Lots of love from the UK :) xx
And about the lack of videos: quality is better than quantity!!! (y)
Great video and I love your sense of humor, little jokes and comments. It makes the video fun to watch! Keep on keepin' on Mama! :)
Wow Sam! I had no idea! I don't even have kids yet......but this was GREAT info!! Thank you!
Great advice. Loved this. You're a great mama! Do you still feed Phoenix and Lilly? xxx
Excellent 2 thumbs up!!! Way to go Sam! I was told the amt of money you save the first year could buy a major appliance.
I love when you do these types of videos. I don't have a baby yet, but I'm saving these videos for when I do!! Thanks for all the great advice!! :-)
I just love you Sam. You are my favorite youtuber out there!
You're spot on Sam...conjunctivitis (pink eye)!!
I swear our boobs are GOLD! lol xo
Wow I didn't know any of this! Thanks Sam! I don't have kids yet but I should write this down!
It is called conjunctivitis! I wish I had breast fed both my girls, but I decided not to! Such a helpful video for new mummies xx
Thank you so much, it's really helpful and I will keep this tips in mind, also sharing with my sis since she's also pregnant :)
It helps with eczema. I uesed it on my daughters eczema on her ear with a Q-tip. It was the only thing that helped.
You are so wonderful Sam :) these are all great tips. My daughter is 2 and we are still nursing :)
never ever could get bored of you! thanks so much xxx
It helps with adult acne and stretch marks too!
I wish I had breast milk lol! I have really dry skin and weird rashes that won't go away. Seems like it really helps!
Love all your videos! It's also good for ear infections!
I'm delivering our rainbow in 6 weeks! Very helpful!
Its my first time watching your vidoes. And had a question. Were you able to breastfeed through ur pregnancy?
I could see at 3 or 5 if people were saying you were still breastfeeding but I think those people just don't understand the physical and mental and educational benefits of breastfeeding on the baby and mom.
I adore you sam ❤️❤️💞 but that braid has made it in like over 10 videos would be nice too see a change oxoxox
Picky picky picky
It does work! And I think your talking about pink eye? Maybe not but it works for that too!! Great video. (:
Conjunctivitis is pink eye 😉 we used BM for it a lot with my oldest. Haven't needed to with the baby. I also supply eye drops for my aunts boyfriend lol
