Thank you for this great review! Can you tell me, which filter holder this nice looking black one is?
Hey mate, sure thing! This is the Hario V60 02 dripper in Matte Black Metal.
We have it available here:

@@TheBasicBarista That's cool! I didn't know of the black version. 😎 Thanks!
Have one but use my Normcore much more as I really get frustrated with the auto timer function as I like to stir and swirl and the time stops every time except for the first 30-45 sec. and while it stops the timer the scale also do not register added weight messing up my recipes.. So if you have a very pour centered style you might like it - but if you do not want the auto timer function an simpler weight is just as good.
Such a fair comment! initially I liked the auto-timer function but have since turned this function 'off' (do this by turning your scale 'on' and then press the timer button around 10 times.) I love auto start but similarly to you was annoyed with the auto stop.
Happy brewing!
@@TheBasicBarista I tested this and it disables the auto stop, happy days!!
One annoying thing is when I use a Hario V60 Decanter, when I lift the Decanter to swirl the coffee, the timer stops. Is there any way to prevent that from happening?
Yes there is!
To me it sounds like you are using the auto-start feature, this inevitably has an auto-stop feature built in.
To turn this off you have to; press the 'Start timer button' (on the left) 5 times until you see the 'A' with a circle symbol disappear, you should also hear a beep noise to indicate the change of mode.
Hope this helps and happy brewing!
@@TheBasicBarista Thank you, I turned it off and it is perfect now! - I've been suffering with this for a year haha.
Does it have oz or only grams?
