      Thanks man! Guilty of that myself…I slept on DJ mode for like 6 months. SPVIDZ’s tutorial on it is the one I learned from. Took a few days of practice to get used to selecting the next beat n making sure the faders are where they should be but after that it becomes second nature…

      Thanks a lot! Took a few days to get used to the routine of DJ Mode - remembering what has to be remembered like setting speeds / sync bpm n fader levels before playing the next beat etc…but once that became 2nd nature it was fun to get loose with it. Cheers!

      Haha word, was in Brisbane for 10 years so there was a lot of Lazy Grey, Jake Biz n 750 Rebels in the car. Live in Hamburg now….which is actually pretty similar - river city port with a giant redlight district 🤣

    • @Nonjuror

      Hahahaha thanks heaps, much appreciated! I spent years honing my beer mug skills…it was kinda like the first half of Batman Begins but me stumbling around the German countryside in search of beer brewing monks. I think Bandcamp is best, they take their cut but they don’t add extra money to it making people pay more than the price I set. Cheers! 🍺🍺🍺🍺

    Salute teacher 🥃 The third beat is 🔥

    • @Nonjuror
      @Nonjuror  2 роки тому +1

      Thank heaps maaaan! That beat was one a fun one, classic three headed monster: sampled some blues on the 202 & drop the pitch, built on 404A then thru the 303 for vinyl sim, usually the 303 vs comp squashes hard but this one it made it stomp like an elephant…cheeeeerrrrs! 🍺🍺🍺🍺

      Hahaha that’s funny af. KRS is key part of my favourite hip hop story of all time, BDP stealing Marley Marl’s drum reel-to-reel tape with the first ever sampled from vinyl kick n snare on it. Shit of legends.

    Amazing set man, your transitions are so clean!!
    One thing i would love to know that i can't figure out from watching tutorials is:
    Are you telling the sp what bpm each track is so you can bpm sync accurately or are you just letting the sp work out the bpm in dj mode?
    Thank you!

    • @Nonjuror
      @Nonjuror  Рік тому +1

      Thanks man!! Because I already know the bpm I’m manually setting it in the Speed/Pitch screen. Then DJ Mode is able to sync them.
      If I didn’t know it, in the Pitch/Speed screen I would probably tap it in on the Sub Pad instead of the mk2’s bpm detect.

      Most important thing to practice n become routine - turn down the fader before loading the next beat!
