Air India Delhi to New York Flight experience

I stopped going in air India since long time but my parents used to prefer Delhi jfk flight,but crew members are so arrogant along with worst airline amenities. Now everyone in my family travels Delhi jfk to any airline but not air India

Yeah, I definitely relate with you. The management and maintenance of the aircraft was very poor. I honestly went only because it was a direct flight with shortest duration when I had booked it.
