I had a long hair Harry era in about 2017 or 2018. Unfortunately I had forgotten about 1D by then and didn't really research them again until a few months ago...

I feel like if you weren’t SCROUNGING for good 1D imagines in 2013, you didn’t get the full fandom experience. Newer fans will simply never get that feeling and maybe that’s a good thing 💀
I used to take those imagines so seriously back then too, down to the point where i learned how to do make up and dressing better for the delusional chance that i’d run into them as if I wasn’t a child just hitting puberty and they were already in their late teens 💀

The best ones are definitely the “transplant” ones. The first time I read the Zayn Heart Transplant one I was laughing for a good 30 minutes, no one else understood. But it was hilarious. They really did all end with death 💀
I have a story about this. One time in HS I had to do an adaption of a story with a modern twist and I was really struggling with writers block, it was one in the morning and for some ungodly reason i decided to use "who do you think gave you the heart?" as my basis for the adaption. i still have the story and i fucking got a %70, my teacher said "this story makes zero sense but ill give you points for creativity" 💀 it still haunts me every night
