Thanks for the useful info - its nice to see the value tech leaders hold dear in improving team selection and productivity
We love hearing that! Thank you so much for the kind words.
This is insightful and powerful! Thanks
Too kind! Let us know if you have any questions. Curious to know: What you found to be the most helpful within the presentation?
Great info!
Glad you enjoyed it and found it helpful. Which part of the discussion did you like the most?
Anything you’d like to learn from our team?
I really enjoyed bits and pieces of all the areas. As a developer growing into leadership roles I found the talk very informative and plan to implement some of these techniques. Keep the talks coming, I enjoyed learning from your team!
Great to hear! Best of luck to you on your journey into leadership.
Thought DISC was quackery.
Yeah it’s not perfect, but it does give a starting point to understand how someone works day to day and the ways they like to communicate. For us we merge it with things like Kolbe Index and a few other exercises.
There is no perfect way to find better ways to work with someone, but these are the tools we have that we find helpful so far and leverage when it makes sense.
Yeah, it feels fairly accurate broadly by category, but like any personality test there are a lot of things that sound specific that are actually very vague and can apply to basically anyone. Based on your role and environment your personality could vary wildly as well. Im not normally direct but if the team needs someone to take lead and make decisions I can apply myself in that way, for example.
Do you work or just keep talking. Looks like everyone dhould keep talking.
I didn't know what to expect, but I'm quite disappointed about the Presentation and how less Valuable things you were saying for someone who studied IT. I'm sry, but it felt time-wasting.
