Very TOS. VERY cool. This is the Star Trek I rushed home from school to watch on TV in the afternoons...... Always wanted to see a dreadnought starship onscreen....with it's intrepid crew! Thank you starship Dominion!! Live Long and Prosper :)
I am a huge fan of TOS and this episode encapsulates true TOS. The plot was on par with episodes of TOS and superior to many of the later Trek series episodes. For a fan production, the production values and quality of craft are stupendous. I enjoyed this episode and felt throughout that Kirk might have flown by in the Enterprise at any moment. All ahead, Warp Factor 3. Kirk Forever!!!
I'm particularly impressed with the story line here. *Spoilers* The alienness of the creature(s) on the world, and how the poor redshirt was assimilated was an interesting new take. How the story ends is a testimony to the tenets of the core of Starfleet's values. Well done!
Look I like the stories and I know there are obviously going to be older people around, hell I'm the wrong side of 50 myself, but Starfleet's frontline ships are still essentially military vessels and as such require younger crews.
Is Victoria Avalon's character in dominion related somehow to the captain Gabriel character of the star trek Deimos show or is it a seperate universe in your canon. It would make for a good joke if there was a crossover episode and they kept missing each other.
They do it all the time. And once they prove themselves for a couple decades on Constitution or Saladin class ships they can apply for the honor of being one of the few Starfleet officers who will ever be posted to a Federation Class Dreadnought.
It's the future - people live longer and have longer careers. This is a dreadnought, not some little Constitution class starship. Starfleet won't put it in the hands of a bunch of "kids."
It was very sad that the two lovers were separated so tragically. The two of them were such a beautiful couple. Both of them were the best proof that age means nothing if you love each other sincerely. Are the two also a couple in real life?

Dam and I thought I was too old and out of shape to be in starflee. Thank you 😊
Very Cool effect. Having the ship in the background when the landing party materialized was awesome!
Hay david!, I want to play in your sandbox sir !!! Please .
those small placards for a promotion were really cool.
I have fun with details. I also like mementos for the actors to be able to take home...
Thank you for reminding me of what STAR TREK is suppose to be.
I saw an anonymous red shirt in the landing party and knew he was DOOMED.
I can't be the only one to catch the TPS report quip at about 2:40.

This is really good.
The new ship model looks awesome!
I really wish the playlist for this had the episodes in order, so that I could just sit and watch. Yes. I know, you have links for the next one.

Would have loved to see more of this.
Mr. Scott, be ready to beam the redshirt's body back up.
Is the bridge a set that can be hired? It’s so impressive. Man, a red shirt on an away mission…bye bye…

Yes, for the price you payed you deserve to be picky;)

LOL! That would be funny! But no, we are very fortunate that Randy Landers and Victoria allow us to share her abundance of talent.
@@dreadnoughtdominion8988 They could be cousins... ;)
What happened to the sound
Not sure what you are referring to? Can you be specific?
And be sure to decon any spores before reintegration on the beam up.
I think it's time for Star Fleet to recruit some young people!

Interesting Fan Film, kill off anybody who is not a Senior Citizen.
"Revenge of the Baby-Boomers" haha

Is this a weight watchers episode??
Is this a serious question or are you just being a jerk?
WOW.. that is THE MOST funniest, MOST original jab I've EVER read on our comments. HOW CLEVER you ARE!!! (NOT!)

What else I wanted to ask. Is it possible to get Lynn Bancroft's autograph?
