I’ve always disliked concert audiences screaming and shouting during a performance! I just want to be able to hear and enjoy the singers voice. I really wish they’d always be quiet and only sing-along when invited by the artist. The end of the song is when they could let loose clapping, screaming and shouting, but I know it’s never going to happen…this is the closest I’ve been to hearing it how I’d love it to be! 👏👏
you need to find different artists then. basically anyone performing at an actual concert hall, will have a behaving audience. i recommend checking the programme of your nearest concert hall and buy tickets for something that sounds interesting to you and then go enjoy a completely different concert atmosphere. if youre not into classical music, thats totally fine. there should be plenty artists of different genres also performing at such a venue.
@ I’m 74 and due to physical disability, I don’t attend live concerts anymore. I’ve always loved many different genres of music, including classical. When I tried to listen to the Beatles, as a teenager back in the 1960’s, I literally couldn’t hear them because of the screaming fans! I was always well aware that if I wanted to attend a live concert and soak up the atmosphere, I’d just have to go with the flow. I’ve had great fun singing and dancing along during live concerts, but I never shouted or screamed. The price of some concert tickets is astronomical and I think it’s a great shame if all you can hear are very noisy fans! It’s just my personal preference, but I know many more people feel the same!
I still remember my singing professor McHenry Boatwright at OSU had students lay on the floor and sing at singing lessons. Big difference. When in highschool I had a trumpet teacher from Capital Univ. did the same thing; amazing how the diaphragm works when singing or playing an instrument while laying on your back.
when i went to her concert, this part of it was MAGICAL her harmony with her voice is incredible the best moment in my life Edit: THANKS FOR THE LIKES I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN THIS MANY EVER
This made me cry. Such joyful expression and love for this human being. I love that most of them are just singing with her, not trying to outshine her, but embracing her style of music as real fans to this piece. The joy, the sheer joy that they all connect with on such a human level is inspiring and gorgeous. Love you Billie.
Ppl saying the audience was rude and should’ve stayed silent for longer, she literally nodded obviously when she started singing to let them know it was okay to sing themselves, for some people going to a concert and singing with the artist is a magical experience and Billie knows that I’m sure.
Love the fact she allowed us in her musical soul to witness her artistic way of approaching her way of singing her song. Nothing fake about this pure talent!
Her voice is soo beautiful very moving. I to wish the audience would be quiet as she asked and listen to her and the words. When they scream you cannot hear her. The applauding is wonderful. She is amazing. God bless her . 🤗💕🙏
she's got so many fans following her every word and move. Not as bad as Swifties but still.... except for a few crazies, they kept pretty quiet during the looping.
I knew the song, but never interested to the singer. I thought she was just "another artist". But her reactions here got me curious. So i typed her name and listen to her songs. I was surprised to find out that I actually familiar to many of her songs. I think i've heard them somewhere. Thanks to whoever threw that thing, now I'm Billie's new subscriber.
Dont let others influence you. Keep your music yours! I dont think that anyone can give you any suggestions; that would be better your talent. Stay health
I would've added before the silence needed to start, to let everybody scream real quick and get it out lol😂 i honestly think it would've MAYBE helped. But most can't listen... I just know at night when i get into bed and know I'm about to go to sleep, i gotta be loud and shake around in the bed a second to get my energy out first. 😅😅😅
@ Of course I knew the song! I just got the courage to sing it the night I came across this video that doesn’t say the song title, but didn’t watch the video until after I sang it! I thought it was a crazy coincidence!
This is why the Japanese understand how to be respectful at shows. People say they go to shows to have fun. Maybe some artists just want to create a vibe for you. But maybe, just maybe stop being selfish. Everyone is paying, not just you. It would be nice to enjoy the show without you screaming horribly, with a phone up. Unfortunately western audiences, especially American tend to be there for selfish reasons and don't truly care about the show. They wanna post online that they went, they wanna show off, but not respect the artist. This is why I absolutely love going to shows that force everyone to put phones away or else you get kicked. Tool is a band I've seen, as well as A Perfect Circle who do this because the vocalist prefers it. It makes for a much better experience for all. We don't need thousands of bad cameras taking horrible videos of the same thing. Especially when there's professional filming sometimes.
Billie asked them to be quiet for just a few moments so she could show them something and they still screamed like mindless idiots. Idk I thought that was so disrespectful.
It’s beautiful but I wish the audience was silent for a longer time than that
some people just cannot control themselves. it's a shame. outstanding performance
Definitely 🙂
No one can be silent fir that long 😂

You know those screaming can't hear the performance either, so I don't understand it.
Teeny boppers have always been screamers.
@@jenk264 I was a so called ‘teenager/teeny bopper in the 1960’s and was never a screamer!
Her understanding of harmonies is greater than you know.
The fact that she’s laying down with her lungs pressed against her back as if she was singing the same as standing !
Shes always Impressive

Your lungs....don't change position when you lay down.....
@@irgilligan it’s harder to push the air out of your lungs and have breath control when you are laying down
I kkkkk rightttt
Lying down takes pressure off actually. It's a breathing exercise to sing while lying down
when i went to her concert, this part of it was MAGICAL
her harmony with her voice is incredible
the best moment in my life

She can hum the phone book and give me chills ❤
No they listened long enough for those first vocals to be harmonised and looped later. As she said ‘very good’. Her vocals are soooo beautiful ❤

How can u NOT LOVE HER AND HER MUSIC??? AND HER BRO!!! 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😅😅😅😅😅😅🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Went to her concert in November and this was AWESOME.
Edit: out audience went DEAD SILENT for the whole time, no screams or anything lol

Amazing .. wish i have a chance to see her live one day
💯 agree
You will. Unlike my generation your heros wil live past 27
With screaming audience all around you won’t be able to hear her!
So disappointed in the crowd, they weren’t strong enough to respect the request.
She only needed silence during the loop, and they knew that once she started singing her verse it was free time. It went exactly as she wanted! ❤
Billie, you are a marvel and I love that you embrace your audience the way you do. You have the most beautiful choir of an audience.
❤️
I wish you did more of this man
What is the name of the song??
@@azariageorge I think she made this up on the spot, but I stand to be corrected.
@@azariageorgewhen the party’s over
While I enjoyed Billie's performance of all the parts I miss and wish she would work with a chorus. It's a sophistication she hasn't explored.
Issues!
People can't shut up if they tried
Nope. Next thing you know, we're destroying the entire biosphere and hurting each other and voting for fascism. It's insensitivity and selfishness.
Because the screamers are there for themselves and her amazing lyrics went over their heads. It's solely an American thing.
@@ionamic Isn't it just them being, understandably, passionate about her talent?
@@chrisloughlin3705no its not #Geltungsdrang 😔

This silence was hypnotizing, thanks for sharing this moment
I could listen to her talking voice all day!! And her singing but I love her talking voice so much!!

she's got so many fans following her every word and move. Not as bad as Swifties but still.... except for a few crazies, they kept pretty quiet during the looping.
This is my first time hearing her speak, I really love how cool and down to earth she is despite how bonkers the crowd is being.
A true artist Billie is a real person.
Beautiful girl with a beautiful soul......she is on her way.....God bless and keep her.....
Such a beautiful voice ..

i cried so ard at her concert io was so sad when it was over im saving money rn to get pit tickets for in like 3 years when i can drive
Great job following a simple request.
B: please be quiet
Crowd: okay you mean scream and sing?
No kidding.
Her best song of all them great songs sho has written so far.
It would have been nice to not hear someone screaming, through the whole thing , but there are way too many jackasses out there, for that to happen
Love how the crowd couldn’t shut up lol
Can't blame them
You can’t blame them for being disrespectful and screaming when she said be quiet?
That says something about you
@@HanaSakura-c4zit’s a compliment to Billie, what « sixfootben » said. Because the crowd was so excited they couldn’t shut up.
Wow, that’s crazy how on point she is.
That was freaking sick! Reminds me of an advanced Kelli Ruddik
People can't follow instructions, even for their idols they paid too much to see live. Everyone thinks they're a star, and that is the real problem.
Everybody IS a star - but just not in the way they think.

the silence by screaming horribly....
