I'm on torment now and really dislike it. Not only are the monsters like 3x harder than Nightmare, but it's like all the loot dried up. Then you run into a room with like 5 elites and they are all spamming shatter, fireballs, etc., and each hit takes 1/3 your life. The only bonus is the exp is better, but the monsters for some reason take forever to kill. Guess I just need to keep on leveling and gearing up. Kind of wonder if it would be better to go back to nightmare and do nightmare dungeons in the 20 range, because the 21-22 range on torment is kicking my butt.
@@IndieProgressPlaysDiablo I think the problem was I did the temple at level 69 then moved to Torment, so all the mobs were 4-6 levels above me. Now that I've gotten another 2 levels and a little gear, it isn't quite as bad (unless I run into a room full of elites that are super speed and have shatter/fire, etc).
my necro sucks xD I went to the highest level of difficulty with lvl 68 because I didn't own the boss before that, but I prefer to play there now because there are better exp and the Ancestral items are simply a good improvement. I would also wait until lvl 70 or so for hardcore and only then change.
Ahhh necromancer is so weak on tier 4 using a minion build I’m level 73 and I can’t for a life of me survive as my minions die instantly and I now always have to use corpse explosion more then my minions which is ruining the point of my minion build. They should make it so the more minions you have alive the more defence you have. Also it’s frustrating not knowing how many of your minions are alive in battle.
Agreed. I played a Summon Corpse Explosion Necro in the Beta up until level 25, but was curious how it would fare in the later difficulties. Yeah if you focus your skills and paragon on Minions they should at least be strong enough to survive..
@@IndieProgressPlaysDiablo yea that’s what I did wrong thankfully I’m only level 74 so focusing all my points and the blank paragon points you get in dungeons on damage and my minions damage/armour.
Am at lvl 75 with good lvl 15 glyphs and decent weapons for a Barbarian and still get my ass kicked playing a 21 Tier dungeon. Is that normal or am just to bad as a player.
Once you start getting ancestral items it boosts your item power significantly. Life on kill helps a ton as well if u can get it on your helm. I play rogue so honestly i dont know much about Barb playstyles/skills.
@@IndieProgressPlaysDiablo Thanks man and yes I do have life on kill. Doing Helltide or any others at lvl 75 is quite easy except the Nightmare D lvl 21. Maybe cause I have all cosmetics as Sacred. Cheers👊
@@IndieProgressPlaysDiablo There's my solid reason for staying in tier 4. If we are talking about grail runs and items dropping that are rare. I want to have that chance.
Yeah once you start getting decent damage reduction it gets easier. Pants usually have that mod. Also ancestral gear makes a significant difference from sacred. Also try getting life on kill. Helmets have this mod.
That's a lot of dmg for only 2k attack power, I had like 3 or 4k at that point and and wasn't killing him much faster than you did here. Either I suck or druids suck.... or both 😂.
Lol idk much about druids but for my rogue i took majority of the damage dealing paragon nodes to maximize damage. Currently at 10k AP and will make a lvl 90 build video soon.
I suggest skipping right thru all of the lower Tiers. Ask Lorath about the Secret Menu and go directly to Tier 69
It 100% is. You cannot aquire ancestral items otherwise.
You felt so good when you finally unlocked it ..isn’t it😂, I did it after 3 tries 😂
Yes!! Nice job completing it!

Yeah id focus on killing monsters max 3 lvls above ur character lvl. U still get good xp and you rarely get 1 shotted.

:) haha. Well at least you can gear him up with ancestral gear now. I agree on the HC comment.

Yes there are. Im still waiting to find them :)
