Attrezzatura ideale per cucinare pasta,
riso, verdure e uova grazie alla rapidità
di ebollizione dell'acqua sia nella
versione a gas sia in quella elettrica.
Il carico acqua, posizionato nella parte
anteriore del piano, facilita la regolazione
del flusso d'acqua e garantisce la pulizia
in vasca, agevolando lo smaltimento di
amido e residui. La vasca stampata in
acciaio AISI 316 da 40 Lt, caratterizzata
da ampi bordi arrotondati, è dotata di
falsofondo per l'appoggio dei capienti
cestelli.
Lo sgocciolatoio assicura un grande e
comodo piano di appoggio.

The water load tap on the front side of the
top makes the water flow regulation easier as
well as easy for tank cleaning by favouring
the elimination of starch deposits left by the
pasta. The pressed tank in AISI 316 stainless
steel of 40 L, has large rounded edges and
is equipped with a drilled board to rest large
baskets.
The draining board ensures a large and
comfortable board to rest things.
