  • During this episode we discuss Qari' Subhan's hifdh journey here in London, the turbulent periods within his journey and how he was able to reignite his passion for the Qur'an after experiencing a breaking point.
Listen in as we delve into the importance of unlocking the deeper meaning of the Qur'an through Tafseer, the importance of that in ensuring longevity within ones journey and how that helped Subhan memorise the Qur'an more efficiently.
May Allah سبحانه وتعالى place blessings into the Hifdhstatus initiative and make it a source of motivation and inspiration for those embarking on their journey with the Qur'ān.

What I’ve noticed in every single episode each student has mentioned how their parents had such a significant influence on their whole Hifdth journey Allahumma barik it really does show and emphasizes how important it is to have good parents who want the best for you and will help you throughout this journey. May Allah preserve his parent’s and reward them abundantly in this life and the next. Ameen❤️

The technic you guys talk about is called Ottoman method. In Turkey everyone i know who is hafidh, they memorize with that method. You memorize the last pages of each juzz, then memorize second last page of every juzz. But while reading those to your teacher, you have to read both pages. So it already contains revision and it makes the hifdh stronger inshaallah. Then last 3 pages of each juzz, then 4 pages etc.. thanks for these podcasts btw, i really enjoy watching them.

Assalamualaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu, I am benefiting so much from these alhamdulillah - just the enthusiasm visible is enough to make this series worthwhile for me. May Allah SWT reward the team behind this with His best blessings in this world and in the Hereafter. One of the sisters I shared this video enjoyed watching it but lamented that there was no such podcast/videos featuring hafidhaat. It would be amazing if that could be arranged too in some way .

@@abdallahsaid7177 Brother. What is the benefit of memorizing Quran? You know? The benefit lies in revising it. Revising forces you to constantly do Dhikr. Everyday. Wherever you are, bus stop, school, buying groceries. You constantly have Kalamullah on your lips. And you ponder upon it every day to receive huda through it.
And yes, it is meant to be memorized and recited rhythmically
