My Gracious Heavenly Father, today, I am coming before your heavenly throne of glory, seeking Your mighty presence and guidance. Because You created me with a unique purpose, and I want to live in a way that brings You glory. So I ask for divine wisdom, strength and courage, as I walk along the path You've laid out for me.
In Isaiah 6:8, we hear Your voice asking; "Whom shall I send? Who will go for Us?.” Like Isaiah, I want to be ready to go wherever You send me. Because it takes a lot of faith to say “yes" to Your call, so I kindly ask that You strengthen my faith, and help me to be brave and obedient, as I follow Your wise direction. Thus, let my heart be open to Your sweet voice, willing to respond when You call.
Indeed, Jeremiah 29:11 offers us hope, saying; "'For I know the plans I have for you,' says the Lord, 'plans for your peace and not harm, to give you a future and a hope.'" This brings comfort, knowing that You have good intentions for me, trusting that Your plans are perfect, and that You are leading me in the best direction. Please grant me patience to wait for Your perfect timing, and give me eyes to see the hope, and future You've promised.
My Lord of glory, I want to be a vessel You can use. Please take away any fear, or doubt that might keep me from stepping into my calling. Fill me with Your Mighty Holy Spirit, so that I can be empowered to do the work You've set out for me. I pray to be a beacon of light, and love to those around me, reflecting Your grace and mercy in all that I do.
I also ask that You open the right doors for me, and close those that aren't part of Your perfect plan. Please guide my steps, so I can make a meaningful impact for Your heavenly kingdom.
As I seek to be used by You, kindly grant me discernment and understanding. Help me to know Your holy will, and give me the courage to follow it, even when it's tough. May my life be a testament to Your goodness, so others may see Your divine presence, power, and love through me.
In closing, I thank You for Your love and faithfulness. I'm grateful for the opportunity to serve You, and I commit myself to Your holy will. Use me for Your glory, bringing honor to your holy name, and let my life reflect Your goodness. I pray all this, in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior, Jesus Christ of Nazareth, amen.
