I heard that Neil has known about Hugo since Hugo had his first solo album in the mid 90’s. It freaked him out to see how much Hugo looked like Perry. Has much as Hugo sounds like Perry, Neil had to pass on him because he was afraid it would of been too much of a goof to have someone who looked so much like Perry. It would have been an insult to Perry and fans may not of appreciated it.

She is not kidding please do! I live in Tulsa and there are a ton of music venues here as well wink wink nudge nudge. I think you guys as a band are just now coming to the realization that your wheels will continue to keep on turning wherever you want to go and journey fans everywhere will show up in droves. There are people around the whole country that can't make it to one of your shows up north but would kill to see your re incarnation of Journey! Hell other tribute bands do it why not the best? Just hire a go getter for a manager and some sound techs and do this thing already!!!!

I gotta tell ya......My wife and i (along with our group of friends) are huge journey fans! I remember about 8 years ago, we were all camping together at a nearby beach campground. All of our kids (about 15 in all between us) were between the ages of 7-15. We are all cops and firefighters and we like to have fun when we camp, so at about 9pm, while we were all around the campfire, my buddy got his HUGE speaker out and started blasting "Don't stop Believin". By the time the song got to the first lyrics, the people at the campsite next to us were singing along with us. After about 20 seconds, all the kiddos told us that they think more people were singing too. We turned the song way down and realized that it sounded like the entire campground was singing along!! It was one of the best moments we have ever had while camping! The kids loved it so much and they are all journey fans to this day. My son (17 yrs old) loves to blast journey in his 74 K5 blazer! Listening to you guys (Voyage) brings me back to that night. Same vibe, same nostalgic feeling, same everything. If you guys are invoking those same feelings, that's all that matters! YOU ARE JOURNEY to me! I would love to take my kids to one of your concerts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good job guys. Thanks for bringing back such awesome memories!

@@voyageband -Guys!!! It happened again on our boating trip last month!!! My wakesurf boat has THE BOMB system in it, so on one of the nights I went out on put YOUR cover of "Don't Stop Believin" on. The boating campground is along a long finger of land. I could see everyone dancing and singing!!! Of course I couldn't hear anyone cuz the music was so loud, but at the end, EVERYONE in eyesight (about 200 peeps) was cheering and clapping!!!!! You guys rock!!! The next day several people came up to our camp group and told how neat the night before was. We explained that it was actually a cover by you guys and they were floored!!!! You guys have to come play at the Mountain Winery in Saratoga, Ca!!!!! You would love the venue and my wife and I would love to see you guys!!! HELL, all of my buddies would love it too!!! All us old cops and firefighters get all geeked out over this music! You guys really bring back great memories and I want to thank you for that! Keep it up and please think about the Mountain Winery! First round is on me boys!!!!

I can't express how much it was an absolute pleasure to see Voyage play LIVE on 28 Aug 2021 at Penn's Peak. The band sounded AMAZING any you all seemed as happy to see us as we were to see you. I was was there with my best friend, several years ago Hugo and his wife treated us to a special night at the Sellersville Theater when he dedicated "Don't Stop Believin'" to my friend's son who is battling a brian tumor. Your empathy and heart are appreciated to this day. His son is doing well and about to start high school! Thank you all for sharing your gift and art. Keep on rocking! We will see you again!!!

I think is THE most perfect cover ever. This is absolutely insane...it's almost like I don't believe my eyes and ears....utter perfection. I don't know how else to put it. Some days are just better than others and hearing this today? Best day ever.

I wouldn't say this qualifies as a "cover"! You do know who that is singing don't you? Steve left Journey in 1987..... He is the voice of Journey .....I've been waiting for his return to the music world for decades :-). He must have been cryogenically frozen or something cuz the man sounds identical to the way he did when he was in Journey! And his band is outstanding and first rate and every way!
