Please react to The Indigo Streak Live from RCA Studio A. Track off their newest album Starcatcher
I've seen this song performed live in concert and they change from acoustic to electric guitar and it was flawless. Plus The guitar he plays was 1961 Les Paul SG and they didn't make baritone guitars back then. For someone who was a musician you sure don't know much about this band. As for the bass player he uses foot pedals to keep the bass lines going while playing keyboards. I like most of your comments but really watch concert footage of their songs and you will see that it's part of the show. The guitarist also does the ole switcherroo a couple of times during the show.
You are correct, we do not know a lot about this band and do not know the vintage of each of their instruments. It can be hard to date a guitar without seeing it up close. Also, baritone guitars have been around since the late 50's.
All of the candlelight sessions from GVF are absolutely amazing! My favourite is “Light my love” and “Tears of Rain”.
Sensacional, amo essa banda, ❤❤❤❤
Listen to the words to this song. It’s a very encouraging message.
Age of Man, at RedRocks, Built by Nations, Heat Above just name a few.
Thanks guys 💜
Built By Nations!!
I just commented on your reaction to Meeting The Master, I can't edit my response for some reason. I said to please react to Broken Bells. Oops..anyway, Josh usually has multiple outfit changes in the show! I never noticed that Jake's guitar was big..he's larger than life. I'll go ahead and go along with the others and please react to MORE Greta Van Fleet!! They're absolutely amazing and they've brought rock and roll BACK!!
Josh Kiszka vocals, Jake Kiszka guitar, Sam Kiszka bass/keys and Daniel Wagner drums, please listen to the Falling Sky or the Archer next
Josh and Jake both pretty small guys (I believe 5’3 and 5’6” respectively)
You need to check out another live version of one of their songs - Age of Machine - ua-cam.com/video/t6I84TgnqHU/v-deo.htmlsi=M-wHliIBBaqSvzyx This band is amazing and talented!
That performance is amazing. It's one of my favorites by them. Also, the one for "Trip The Light Fantastic" as a counter-balance to the doom and murkiness of "Age of Machine."
Dreams in gold is the tour A lot of live footage on u tube
Check out Jasmine Cain's cover of Alanis Morrisett's "Uninvited"
Sam kiszka bass and keys
Bassist from Triumph played keyboards
Aren't they fabulous? Ummmm...John Paul Jones from Zeppelin??? Multiinstrumentalist!
I love greta and I love this song, but it is a complete carbon copy of stairway to heaven lol, the solo at least
Literally just listened to them on top of each other (the GVF solo with the isolated LZ solo started at the same time). While they do have some similar phrasing occasionally, they are NOT carbon copies.
The feel behind the entire track is similar to Stairway, but it is still definitely unique. Musicians inspire each other all the time and use elements from other famous recordings to spice up their own ideas. Just like with science or any other additive field, musicians stand on the shoulders of giants.
