Maybe you could speak to some interesting ways you approached Chinese food/culture based on your experiences growing up? I loved your visit to Mexico and enjoyed watching you try street taco’s and tequila lol! Are there examples of different communities blending their culture with Japanese food in Tokyo for you to explore? Lots of love from USA.

Hi @TokyoFoodieSarah, I run Accessible Japan about travel with a disability in Japan. Since many people in wheelchairs struggle to find accessible restaurants in Tokyo, it would be great if your videos also had something about accessibility too. Nothing fancy, but ie if there are no steps just a comment like “There are no steps so wheelchair users or families with baby carriages can get in easily” etc. Maybe we can work on a “Best accessible restaurants in Tokyo” collaboration someday. Anyway, best of luck on your new life without a salary!
