You know what I love about you two is you have such harmony between the two of you…What a great marriage.
Good call on the color! I didn’t think the natural greenery of the yard looked good with the blue/green paint. But this color feels like coming home!
Love seeing your thought process! It’s so refreshing and so human and so comforting to know that sometimes in life we get to change our minds if our gut is telling us to pivot.
MANY years ago, I was told by a "professional" that the trim on a brick house is selected by picking one shade that's already in the brick color and YOU did that! The trim is gorgeous & you have that color in a few isolated bricks scattered in with red ones. PERFECT trim for the house and so pretty.
The process the love the patience...You guys! The Brown is brilliant and speaks to the feel of the home. It has depth with out calling attention to itself. What a good color trim should and asks to be. You listened! Congrats! Most of all your love and passion for each other ...not the trim is the Star!
Love the paint color! I love how you both talk it through and listen to each other! 🥰
Chris being a wise sage less than 4 minutes in. “I didn’t come into it which expectations. I dont have a vision for it. When I see it, I can just appreciate it for what it is. Not what it’s not”. This was so good for my perfectionist self to hear this morning.
I really liked the blue around the window trims and at first glance I didn't like the mushroom color but after seeing the entire trims painted OMG it was just perfect! Beautifully done as usual!
As long as you guys are happy is what matters but I liked the green. 🤷🏻♀️
Wasn’t it blue?
Thank you for sharing this. We see designers all the time making good calls and being so sure about their choices that turn out great and it makes us wonder if we don’t have the talent to actually design our homes. Seeing the process and how it is okay to change your mind and that its not always like you picture it in your head is everything
Love your style of videos overall, it just feels real and raw and beautiful
I liked how the blue/green color popped against the brick, but when you panned out and I later saw the end choice paint color, it was quieter and the right choice. It let the greenery pop and is classis/timeless. I don't know if you decorate outside for the seasons, but will be a neutral backdrop .I like the contrast of the black door. Maybe black lanterns?
I love the way you two work together. It's been so fun watching this style of these videos lately, truly the epitome of love where you live!
Gosh now I want to paint my windows a mushroom brown too. Great choice and I am glad you decided to change it once you realized it didn’t feel right.
You guys are magic! I never thought brown would work, but it does!!
I love the mushroomy brown color you chose. It looks great!
You guys are fantastic!!
Love the color.
Love it!

Wow looks awesome. So much better then the white
I like the brown tone, lol :)
I can’t wait to see the windows at Christmas with wreaths on them 😍 I was rooting for the blue but the mushroom color is definitely more timeless.
Perfection ❤
What brown did you choose ? Name ? I have used black fox by SW and I LOVE IT !!!
Yes, I would love to know as well 🌝
Can’t believe it was ever white! Love love love the new color ❤
Not that my opinion matters, but I believe the color looks absolutely stunning. It’s perfect. It looks like it was always meant to be.
Love these videos
Beautiful.
I felt the same way about the first colour and originally that's the one I liked but the second I saw the next colour that was it. I feel the door should be a warm tone from the brick in red wine tones, or go blue but somewhere between deep and mid-deep blue. Not black.
Looks so good!
But I would definitely change the gutters AND door if it was my house lol. The black is alright, and maybe with copper gutters it’d look better? But idk it seems off to me.
i would love to know the exact color you used. It looks marvelous!
It's on their Instagram post about the windows. Cromwell Gray I believe? 😊
Bingo!

The mushroom brown flows well with the bricks making it look continuous but the before white had the traditional English villa vibe.
Not sure about the front dood columns being mushroom brown,
It makes the entrance look a little sad.
I was envisioning sage windows
when will you show the video of the house with the new gutters?
How can you tell with sunglasses on😂
Just wanted to say I'm making the cucumber crunch salad for a party tomorrow and it better be good ❤😂
How to choose a paint color and have a 1st class relationship! ❤
Just a thought how could he see the colour wearing sun shades ??
Im sure it's what you were going for but ( not that you asked or even give a crap about others opinion) but I don't know Why you got rid of the white. It made the brick standout and look richer. Sorry
It’s a beautiful color but it does compete with the greenery of the plants and the neighbor across the street LOL
Hi ! i m new here ,i like the white windows better
The keystones really pop now against this color 👏
i really think the classic white color is better. The before is way better.
Omg YOU GUYS BOUGHT THE BRICK HOUSE ❤❤❤❤❤
No this is their current house
What is the name of the brown paint.
Cromwell Gray
So happy you didn’t do the blue !
Paint complimenting brick is difficult.😊
It looks rich.
Its too dark looks prisonish. But I thought that from the beginning so my taste is different anyway.
Looks rich , and not like the other homes
I think you should find a same family but lighter blueish
Both dark colours are way better than the white
I don't know how you can see the colour with sunnies on😅
Will you share with us the paint color??
LOL
Ot is dark
Hhhhmmmmm….
Definitely brown. The Green looked dated IMO. Also y’all kept calling it blue, so maybe looks different on camera. 🤷♀️
It looked blue on my phone. Must be a “the dress” thing.
@@rubyoro0 oh funny, haha!
