False. Portland is about 80 miles from the ocean. There is no tsunami that will ever come remotely close to reaching Portland. The coastal towns tho, that's a different story.

It's not awesome. It's passive aggressive and lots of white guilt.
It's also just like most of america, it's built into the fountain of the city.
