nope this is not a particularly relaxing video ... but neither is the process of healing always immediately relaxing .. the relief following, however, is pretty awesome .. i definitely wish that for you! i do apologize for the dogs barking but i also trust what comes through ... i'll adjust the title to be transparent this one isn't so relaxing. appreciating your comment completely
@@antidote.aesthetic he got a point but yeah I totally agree with you, I appriciate the asmr and relaxinf aspects but healing and recovering are not meant to feel good, for me it's more of the path which leads us to the final destination.

It reminds me of when I was doing a yoga teacher training, the building beside of us was getting reconstructed. We (I) had to learn to relax in the chaos.
